A big shout out to Kathryn at Connected Travel who went over and beyond for our recent trip to Spain. We appreciated her help, suggestions , knowledge , etc to make our holiday enjoyable and stress free. Everything was mapped out for us with every vital detail, including names of drivers, guides etc. We had floods in Valencia, and to her credit constantly checking in with us making sure we were safe . Planning and booking a trip can be overwhelming but with the expertise of Connected Travel, especially Marissa Papas’ everything became effortless for the 7 of us on our recent family holiday to Vietnam. Some of us had a different itinerary, departing together and then splitting up again going our different ways. Marissa considered all our requests; planned and put together the perfect itinerary for us. From flights, transfers, accomodations, dietaries and tours etc. everything was well taken care of. This took the stress out of our travel planning.
Marissa ensured we met the requirements relating to our trip eg visa and travel insurance etc. We couldn’t recommend Marissa highly enough - thanks Marissa for the seamless trip and we look forward to many more in the future!

The staff at Connected Travel could not be more informative, attentive, professional and efficient. Every question, conversation, concern was handled with respect and in a timely manner. It was so disappointing that our perfect itinerary and plans to travel this year were cancelled due to Covid-19. It was completely out of anyone's control. However the staff at Connected Travel stayed with us through the process. I would highly recommend this company for your next holiday.
