We have just returned from a bespoke outback tour. It was an amazing adventure. Our pilot Jacob was professional and looked after us extremely well. We saw Australia from the air, met some great people and had experiences that will stay in our memories forever. I highly recommend Australian Air Safari’s.

The Great Southern Islands 7-day Tour was excellent. We had 2 nights each on Flinders Island, King Island and Kangaroo Island.
Our pilot Jacob was excellent. I felt very safe with him flying, he was very helpful and looked after us all very well with lots of interesting information. The flying experience was very easy and flying low over landmarks was great, especially Great Ocean Road Apostles and mouth of the Murray.
The tours and meals on each island were all amazing, with sights, experiences, meals and drinks all included. The meals with local produce and wine were all excellent, including many picnic lunches under shade sails with white tablecloths, cloth napkins, proper cutlery and great food. The crayfish picnic lunch on King Island was amazing! Dietary allergies were well catered for at all times.
Our guides showed us the local sights, wild coastlines, tours of distilleries, honey farm, art exhibition, lighthouses, cemetery, museums etc with information on local history. Highlights included a walk on the beach to see the sea lion colony and another through the rocks to see the fur seal colony.
The small group had a lot of fun together.

Just returned from 4 day Taste of Outback. It was a wonderful experience especially with the desert so green and water every where. Wonderful caring pilot looked after us all the way.

Well I am a seafood lover and of course I signed up for the Seafood Lovers Tour in Port Lincoln SA - the seafood capital of Australia. It's not often a tour gets 5 star ratings from anyone in all the categories of accommodation/food/pilot/experience - it's so hard to get a perfect score. But this tour gets that from me - and it's my second time on this trip. Still an amazing experience and wonderful caring and professional pilots and ground hosts - oh and awesome food. The masterclasses in cooking by Gav and Kris are memorable. Thanks Rob in the air and Rene on the ground and all the staff at Air Safari - top quality experience.

The 4 day Taste of the Outback tour was outstanding - with the flights instead of road travel, we felt we had packed a 10 day break into 4. Our pilot cum tour leader was excellent, a great pilot and good company. Accommodation and food were all that could be expected in the places we visited. The tour combines the best of air travel - seeing the landscape from a different perspective - with close personal attention at places otherwise difficult to reach. Thoroughly recommended.
