Stunning spot. We had our vans on site 2 just at the entrance to the gorge. Almost no traffic, lots of bird life and absolute serenity. Generous sites - we particularly liked 2 & 4 (you'll need a low van or camper at 4). Lots of walks and lots of goats. I believe there are other accommodation options at the homestead though we didn't see these. There was also a glamping tent a few hundred yards from us - that would be pretty special too. Highly recommended!

The Quarters is an amazing place to stay to explore the Flinders Ranges. The hosts are great. Our kids had a wonderful time exploring the property, spending time on the playground and seeing all the wildlife. We will definitely be back. The facilities we perfect for the 7 of us.

Our 2-night glamping experience in this private, peaceful location was mostly as expected. It was freezing cold so the electric blanket was extremely welcome, as was the hot shower. The tent was nicely decorated and we felt very welcome. Would have appreciated some camp chairs to sit around the fire more comfortably and could have used a few more kitchen implements etc but overall a lovely stay.

We stayed in Mt Scott Homestead, a fully renovated old farm homestead. It is fabulous. Excellent facilities. It is about 15 km out of Hawker. The owner, Sharon McInnes & her family were great hosts. Fabulous views from every vantage point & close to places to visit in the Flinders. We visited Parachilna, Brachina Gorge, Blinman & Nilpena National Park & saw the Ediacara Fossil beds. This was fantastic.

As a family - grandparents, children, grandchildren, we stayed at The Quarters. It was absolutely perfect, as it would also be for 2 families. There is plenty of room in the house, it is lovely & clean & comfortable. Beds are great & it is lovely to see the sunrise & sunset plus the tranquility only occasionally interrupted with the lovely sound of a "baa"or bird noises.|The playground next to the outside verandah & table is a godsend! We could sit in peace & have a meal while the children were having a fabulous time right next to us, they spend lots of time in the morning & evenings playing on it|The highlight for them was the campfire, toasting marshmallows & cooking damper, plus throwing our food scraps to the chooks|An amazing outback experience with all the comforts!|The hosts, Sharon & Allen, are both so nice & helpful, happy to assist with requests & information

I’ve wanted to stay in the Eco Tent for years and it did not disappoint. Very comfortable and warm bed, and everything else you need for two days of relaxing. We did climb the hill behind the tent and walked along the ridge. We also paid the extra for the 4wd track. It wasn’t too challenging but it was fun with some great views.

We booked the Quarters for a work trip, and throughly enjoyed coming home to the well kept, clean and comfortable house each night. Sharon the owner is lovely, and we would definitely stay again. If we’d had more time for leisure I’m sure I could comment more on that, but the 4 pet sheep and miniature pony became our friends in no time!

Our accommodation was perfect for 6 people. Clean, roomy and everything we needed on hand. View was stunning and the opportunity to discover the Gorge and other highlights on the property. Hosts were great. Also quite close and handy to visit other tourist areas.
