Visited on Tuesday morning to buy a commercial stove, the lady receptionist didn't even bother to show what I need and what is the price. She was entering data and only said "I ll be with you soon". I left after waiting for 20-25 minutes.....

I purchased two Federation Hospitality display fridges from Chefline Wingfield, and within just six months, both units broke down. The quality of these fridges is abysmal, requiring a complete cooling system replacement, including compressors.

While they replaced the cooling unit in one display, the other remains unresolved. I've been waiting for parts allegedly coming from NSW for two months, with no resolution in sight. Communication is a major issue; emails and phone calls go unanswered or lead to the perpetual excuse of waiting for parts from another planet.

I've diligently reached out through emails, calls, and personal visits to Federal Equipments, only to face stubbornness and unprofessionalism. Their service department is nearly impossible to reach, and their promises of imminent part arrivals are consistently false.

My shop now houses non-functional display fridges, and their lack of urgency and accountability is appalling. I have documentation, including emails and call records, to support my legitimate concerns. Save yourself the trouble and avoid any equipment purchases from them.
