Incredibly unpleasant experience here. ZERO stars for customer service and satisfaction. Rude, abrasive & totally substandard care of customer queries/concerns from shop front to the “expert”, with statements changing between phone calls, where money is the only thing of value! So very disappointing. I will not be back, and I do not recommend.

I’ve owned the restaurant during 6 years and bought many equipments from different suppliers. It’s really particular and lucky for us to meet Mrs. Marianne ( Sale Senior) she is not only knowledgeable but also enthusiastic in consulting for our choices. At this stage, we feel very comfortable and satisfied with their services when we start another kind of business ( takeaway ). If only we had known them soon we would not had been so much stressful.

I normally send my staff here for their uniforms The young lady with glasses didnt care nor wanted to help me when they didn’t have the jacket which I needed the only thing she said was “this is the best we got and we close soon so if you don’t buy it you won’t be able to” I ask her if there was any other uniform shops near by, she was to busy wanting to finish work and mumbled to the floor as I was leaving “just go to the central markets”,you have a great shop but your staff could learn to be more polite to a paying customer or ex paying customer now
