Such a bad facility, visited someone over the weekend, felt bad for the residents who live there, nurses are so rude, like someone is forcing them to work.poker faces, not friendly team.
Care staff not to bad, they looked like they were worn out or overworked. Dirty and smelly carpets. Not sure if things are better on weekdays, but overall bad experience, I won’t be sending my elders their.

I cannot speak highly enough about Estia at Kensington Gardens. All of the staff are exceptional and the care they show my Dad is second to none.
Trying to find suitable care can be very difficult. The staff helped me through that difficult transition with empathy and kindness.
The fact that Estia at Kensington is ‘dog friendly’ is also a great plus. Being able to bring my dog in each day is delightful, not just for my Dad, but for other residents too.
My Dad didn’t want to go into care, but last week explained living at Estia Kensington like, “…living in heaven.”
I could not recommend this home more highly and will be eternally grateful for the incredible staff who make this place a tea home.

Worst age care for student placements and residents who live there. Special thanks to sonia and some other staff who made my experience wonderfull. This facility is extremely racist and I think management should be changed.I have seen many age cares they are so nice but this one is so rude and pathetic. Even I have heard much wonderful things about other facilities of Estia and some I have heard that are more worse than Kensington gardens branch they just makes profits as it is a for profit organisation. Registered nurse shiela working there pass unreasonable comments. The only thing they teached me was making beds appropriately except that the staff don't want the students to engage as a proper carer. Please don't ever send your loved ones here as their "goal is not to celebrate life together" but to destroy residents lives together. Thankyou Estia for such a great experience. Hope you will not improve in future as well keep it up cheers.

Estia health Kensington gardens has got an amazing staff. I have done my placement at this facility and everyone was so so good. All the nurses, care staff have been sp helpful. They all have been really caring towards the residents at the facility. Have been great experience seeing them look after their residents and adressing their needs. Thanks everyone for the great learning experience

My father received poor care while being a resident at Estia Kensington Gardens. I could write an essay about his treatment. Lack of dignity, lack of care, non dressed sores on his legs were caused by them not moving him. Not a holistic approach to his care and being put on silent palliative care without the family being advised while in a covid lockdown. I was made to call an ambulance upon discovering this when he just needed antibiotics. The non-treatment of his legs sores caused Golden Staf and the non-experience staff didn't care. When my father died, I had a message left on my phone “Karina, just letting you know your father has died” no sympathy or kindness, simply disgusting.
