Session was running very late due to the previous group needing lots of encouragement to go on the activity. This was not fair for our group who had to wait around for forty minutes before even getting into the safety talk. Perhaps if other people don’t want to do it they shouldn’t and the leaders should move on. We were then hurried through with the leader saying “We should have time for everything.” With constant pressure to go quickly.
One leader was gruff with my son when he asked questions such as “is this safe?” And “have you been on this?”
The actual activities are safe and fun.
Next time I would just go to the activities at Woodhouse Adventure Park which offer the same type of facilities and fun for young people without being hurried.

Very poor customer service!! I booked online via their website we drove 40mins to find out they had a system clitch and that it booked a AM service instead of PM I asked for compensation he refused and also refused to take responsibility for their system not working! When I asked to be rebooked he refused to rebook me because he doesnt want to deal with me again! It is super disgusting that you dont own up and blame other people for your mistakes. Fix your website and then you wont have this problem!

Fantastic afternoon doing rock climb, mega swing and zip line with teen boys. They loved it. Instructors were helpful, thorough and made sure everyone had fun. Office staff were really helpful too, as I had to rearrange the booking due to isolation. Great day and would recommend.

Loved the giant swing, which was the new experience for me. Nice staff. A bit slow, there were 8 people and we spent more than 2 hours, mostly waiting. We had to leave the last adventure because we couldn't wait any longer, we had other commitments. The whole thing supposed to take 90 minutes (what they said).

We booked the rock climbing event for my teenage son and myself, but it was pouring with rain during our time slot. I tried to postpone in advance on the phone, but they do not answer the number on their web page. I then emailed Andrew the owner, but he refused to give us another time slot. Andrew said that we had to do the rock climbing in the rain, because they felt it is safe to do so. As a parent, I am responsible for my child's safety and would definitely not do rock climbing in the rain. Their lack of concern for our safety, refusal to give a time slot or refund and unprofessional behavior is the worst I have ever experienced.
