This is our first time going into the laundromat business and we couldn't have done without the help of Jason - Total's Victorian rep. He went above and beyond to ensure that every stage went to plan, from the planning to the installation and now that we are up and running he hasn't deserted us.... he is always available to assist with support, guidance and advice. Excellent service.
I had to repair a pie warmer early January. TCE was only company open for business I could find during the holiday season.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Like other reviews say, sales and tech team have absolutely no clue and gave completely wrong info. Lucky I checked with manufacturer before purchasing or it would have been a very expensive mistake. Definitely take your business elsewhere!

Total Commercial Equipment sells great equipment and has great service.

Hopeless.
Supply a product which stops working after one month.
Took over a week to issue a job request to a contractor, this is after no less than 20 calls or emails. Days pass without contacting client which is a commercial client. And now still not one call back but after following up again because they never call you back even though assure you they will they say no service for another week.
Incompetent staff in an industry they clearly cannot manage professionally.
If you habe a commercial client PLEASE do not waste your time purchasing primus products from this company

I bought an ice maker for my shack when my local store closed. It makes heaps more ice than I need, but its great and everyone that comes up can fill there eskys for a cold drink. Total Commercial Equipment were great to deal with and also supply specialist cleaning chemicals for teh machine. Highly recomended.

Terrible customer service, some of the worse ever experienced in the industry. Good luck to the director, clearly doing enough turnover to let a $40k sale run out the door. My business is being taken elsewhere directly related to the lazy, arrogant, not to mention cheatful attitude and antics from Greg Fox. He cant be trusted, defiantly shop around, others price match.
