Visited the warehouse looking for stuff for our new kitchen. It’s a huge place and they obviously cater for businesses and big scale orders. Even though I was only looking for cutlery, plates and baking stuff for home they were very helpful and took the time to show me lots of different options and explain what would suit us. And they were way cheaper than going to department or other kitchen stores we had gone to. They also have lots of really cool high end stuff too for fancier kitchens! Will be back and definitely can recommend.

I visited for the first time this morning. They are still unpacking, so it is a bit of a mess but the amount of amazing stock easily made up for that.

The lady behind the desk was very friendly & helpful & I got what I wanted & it was cheaper than other online stores.

If you ever wanted to have exquisite high end appliances or accessories for your kitchen then look no further than Ecotel as the staff and owners looked after us like we were family. The experience is always outstanding and we couldn’t recommend Yazan & Kim and their team any higher … thank you as we will definitely use you on our next project again

I've been purchasing kitchen supplies from this company for several years. They stock a wide range of products, including high quality European brands that I have not seen a anywhere else in Adelaide. One of my favourite purchases is the '"carbone plus" frying pans- this is the only pan I use for cooking steak at home that's better than the restaurants!. I've found the staff to be very helpful and they provide honest and knowledgeable advice.

Let just say this place do not deserve any business, they can moved to a new location with different name. It will not fool anyone, they were on Gilbert Street before. I have never met any business have such bad attitude to their customer and staffs .Trust me, you do not want to deal with this company at all. I rather paid extra and get my items ship from Melbourne, at least I know I wont be getting any unfair treatment.

I Loooove this store!! It is truly a Chef's and home cooks emporium of wondrous culinary tools.
There is a fantastic selection of premium commercial and domestic equipment, I particularly love the range of items for adventurous Pastry Chefs!
