First time customer, this business had been recommended by a couple of my friends who use them. When I made my initial inquiry regarding an issue they listened, and advised what may be the problem. I booked the job in to have them correct my problem. The appointment was approximately just over two months which leading into Christmas and holidays seemed fair enough. I have heard of people waiting for 6 months or more. Communication was excellent on the day I dropped it off they inspected the van and suggest steps to remedy.

A week later it was ready for collection and the whole process was a positive one.
Their solution was correct and at a very reasonable cost. We are happy with the outcome, their communication, and value for money. Very trusting business. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were great and the service was good, the staff were very knowledgeable and accomondating. For someone who has never been there it was hard to find. Maybe bigger signs! Overall it was good. I spent more money than I thought I would due to finding goods I might need!!

Up till now we supported this local business. On this occassion we wanted to return 2 unused silcone tubes and a shackle set of 2 that was too small for the caravan weight. Total of $50. The reluctance and rudeness of the 2 male staff to credit the silicone still as new was unbeleivable. I explained this was brought for a job on a caravan that got sold without the need to seal. Their response was ' i couldnt care less...' and so the discussion continued with their arrogance. There was no loss by not refunding other than a lost customer sharing a bad experience. Would not get this at bunnings or any store that values custom, politeness and service. If they were my staff they would be no longer. Suggest the manager review the cctv.
MANAGER response acknowledged however at purchase your staff said the unused item could be returned if not required SO i acted on that understanding with a polite and courteous approach, those who know me would agree. Your staff attitude and rudeness in behaviour is encouraged and supported in your derogatory reply, i was not kicked out of or have ever been kicked out of anywhere nor ever incited harrassment.. I note 5% of your reviews share my same experience.

Thanks to the all staff concerned, for the great efficient service having roof struts replaced on my van last week, enquired on Wednesday last week, job done and dusted by midday on the Friday.
Great work from the team, with costs being competitive and the job done well.
I highly recommend to anyone.

Thanks guys awesome job.
Dropped of last Thursday and was told they may have to have it for 2wks as they were running behind which didn't bother us.
Picked up today Wednesday not even a week great service and what needed fixing they phoned first. All fixed and ready for our next trip.
