I went on a bus tour with this company and will never use them again. The bus driver had no idea where he was going and got lost several times. The tour host was extremely rude, swore at the passengers. Told an elderly lady to shut up and if she didn't she would kick her off the bus and she had to find her own way home. My traveling companion tested positive for covid after 2 days on the bus. When I informed the bus driver I was met with disbelief and offered no help. We had to arrange our own way home . They were more concerned that I was going to charge the company for an extra nights accommodation. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company

Went on a 6 night 7 day tour of Mt Gambier to Portland on a 24 seater bus and a week later am still seething at the poor management of this trip with passengers having no idea of lunch breaks (mainly bakeries) or toilet stops. But totally unimpressed with tour hostess Heather and driver John (who I understand is a director of the company). Their rudeness, particularly Heather, extended to motel and restaurant staff as well as passengers. Once after a few comments from the back Heather shouted that we were like a bunch of children and anyway John is sick of you all! We finally arrived back at the depot late around 11 p.m. and Heather and John walked off leaving passengers to retrieve their belongings from the luggage trailer themselves. I have been on bus trips in Australia and around the world and have never experienced anything like this. I do not recommend this company.

I recently went on a 7 day tour on a 24-seater bus with this company. Never again! I’ve enjoyed many bus tours but this was the most unprofessionally organised tour I’ve ever been on. We soon called it ‘Fawlty Towers on Wheels’. The hostess, Heather, and driver, John, were rude and verbally abusive to passengers as well as managers of hotels and young waiting staff at our accommodation. In one instance Heather exhibited bizarre behaviour and swore at passengers using obscene language and John, who we were told is the Director of the company, didn’t say a word. They could be heard arguing frequently. John got lost several times and would pull over to the side of the road without explanation while we sat and waited for him to Google directions.

Astounded at the disgusting service!!
My mum was part of a group that had no welcome on boarding, rude and abusive driver John and host, Heather who swore at passengers, stating ‘you’re a bunch of f&$#* pr#%’s!!’
They had no idea where they were going, not booked in or rolled up and places closed! Rude to staff of all places as well, making passengers feel horrible, and threatening anyone giving feedback ‘shut up or you can walk!’ Trip from hell, do yourself a favour and don’t go anywhere near this company! This trip was last week to Mt Gambier

1st prize to this company for rudeness to and disdain for their paying customers. On a recent trip the host and driver exhibited a pitiful lack of interpersonal skills, knowledge of the route and points of interest - when finally located!! Oblivious to the needs of their assengers, no importance was applied to adequate lunch and comfort stops.
In all, an overwhelming lesson in inefficiency and unprofessionalism.
A bus tour with a reputable company is recommended in the hope that those concerned might learn how it should be done.
A big tick to the good hotels and pleasant staff en route who did not retaliate in kind to aggressive criticism from our hosts, nor detract from their hospitality towards us, the unfortunate bus passengers. AMY.

I’ve used Adelaide Transport multiple times over the last few years. They’re transported us for my mum’s birthday and several wine tours, plus to the airport.
We’ve had Rick and Bernard a few times and they were lovely and got us to our destination safely.

I received excellent service for the wine tour I organised. The staff who helped me book it were friendly and knowledgeable and the driver was excellent with great knowledge of the smaller boutique wineries. I’d highly recommend them as we had a great day!
