Flight Centre Wagga Wagga and specifically our agent Rachael was awesome! We arranged a holiday specific to our requirements in Bali which we thoroughly enjoyed. Rachael's attention to detailed allowed my family to have an enjoyable trip away. We hit a major snag whilst away in Bali and we received immediate support and advice allowing us to quickly change plans allowing us to overcome a significant barrier. Cannot recommend the Team at Flight Centre enough!

Poor service. We had original contacted them during the renovations (understandable awkward timing) as they said they were still contactable. It took a week for someone to return my call but not even a day to return my partners call. Finally began an email thread with an agent, listing all our details and our plans for our trip, as requested. Only to receive no response, we had sent a follow up email with still no response. We have recently found that their staff like to prioritise themselves and their own trips to Europe than helping customers.

The staff at flight centre wagga are really bad at their job. Highly recommend not dealing with them and just organising things yourself with cursory research (which is much more then they'll do).

Unable to get hold of the crew to cancel an insurance policy. Absolutely appalling customer service. No call back even after leaving multiple messages. Stay away is my recommended course of action with this organisation.

Flight Centre Wagga are amazing! Beck booked my trip with ease, the trip was organised to perfection. Nothing was too much of a hassle and the accommodation chosen for me was 10/10 amazing. Special shout out to Laura and Amy for helping us get home on a weekend when an airline cancelled our flight. Would recommend Flight Centre Wagga, they really care.

We felt that the person looking after us didn’t have their heart in this job. It was disappointing as we wanted to walk out of there with bookings and tickets confirmed. Won’t go into details, but it was a little upsetting to say the least. We ended up calling the airline ourselves, got great service and were extremely helpful. We paid for our overseas tickets and are happy to be on our way.
