I patiently waited the better part of 5 minites being ignored by 2 ladies behind the counter before being acknowledged by the staff that i was there, who were then rude and disrespectful, it wouldnt have taken much for either one to look me in the face smile and let me know they werent using that register or that they would take my order shortly.
Their website boasts treating their customers as a guest, I won't be back if that's how they treat their guests.

Filled up with fuel, paid with eftpos. The staff cancelled the transaction through the system but it still went through on the eftpos machine, asked me to put it through again . Payment went through twice. Show the staff on my mobile phone that this had happened. Refuse to refund the overcharge . Blamed my bank and said it was their fault. I rang my bank and they said it was the petrol station had charged me twice .
spoke the manger by phone in the petrol station. Refused to refund me even though it was their fault .
Having to dispute it through my bank
The manger was rude and even accused my bank of being a scam business in India .
Rude and un helpful, will never go back

Very rude staff .. the girl with colored hair today ( 11/08/2024 Time : 5:15 Pm ) was really really rude . I asked about pies .. and then i ordered a donut then she became rude with me . Bed experience with OTR don’t know the number but i have ever found rude staff of OTR . They even don’t know the customer service .

My request to OTR please close your all store .. and 1st learn customer service and then reopen your stores with trained staff.

OTR doesn’t care about customer reviews. I have post a review for other stores and haven’t received any response yet . Its been more than 5 months.

On Monday 2nd August, I had a terrible experience at OTR Evanston.
The two ladies working were abrupt and rude in their service to me. I left with my two coffee's and when I got to my car, I burst into tears.
Usually the staff are so friendly, but these two ladies need to think about how they treat customers, otherwise they won't have any.
Very disappointing.

Very annoyed, ‘big’ sign outside saying any three 2 litre soft drinks, for $9. So my husband picked up three and was told to pay $16 because the promotion was only for coke. Suggest the staff member concerned go outside and take a look at the signage and associated soft drinks and revise their work knowledge. So I just payed over $5 for a 1.25 l Pepsi……!!!!!!!!! Not going there again. Out of pocket.

Terrible service. They forget to charge you for the fuel you put in and then put in a report that you hadn't paid for it. Not sure why I would go in and pay for other goods and not fuel? Then I pay for it and they couldn't find the details, so still tried to chase more moneey.Will never attend this Servo again after this and will definitely make sure everyone in the area knows about it. No contact from management after a complaint put in either, terrible service.
