Although I didn't want to rate them one star, I had to. They service is bad they don't know what they are doing, it takes one hour to speak to one person for just 5 minutes. It is ridiculous, if they are under staffed they should hire more more people. We pay and insurance our cars but whenever there is a problem it takes so long for them to pick up and process the documents, like bro we have other thing in life that is already stressful, which is why we insurance our car so we don't have to go through the hassle by ourselves but it's baffling to think that we sit on our phone for 30 to 1:30 minutes just to talk to someone and the problem doesn't even get resolved. Customer don't have to time to be in the phone 30-1:30 minutes when they have other thing like jobs, and other things they would need to take care of after losing a vehicle. The hire a car providers that they provide don't even have a car to provide. And if you hire a car from somewhere else you have to go through so much hassle. It is frustrating when there is so many thing going on after losing a car and getting into a accident, that you also have to wait, worry and stress over and keep calling, when the main reason to have a car insuranced is not to have worry or stress. Idk at this point I am just venting๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Went in to renew my granddaughter's RAA for Xmas. Nice clean and bright shop, easy to find in the elizabeth centre. Service was professional and friendly. I was given extra information that I was not aware of and can pass that onto my granddaughter.

Been with RAA for so long. Went to make a claim only to be told insurance has been cancelled. No letters, courtesy sms or phone call to advise before cancellation. Person I spoke to couldnโ€™t care less. RAA only if you wanna be ripped off again and again

Very helpful and very pleasant staff. It's just a little disappointing that the road service product lacks a level of flexibility such that I had to cancel mine after 9 years membership to effectively cover my wife whilst staying financially sensible with the plan.

Choice of repairer no, forced into paint less dent repair with no alternatives

Speedy repairs no, been waiting 6 months only to be delayed another 3 months only 2 days before repair was due, due to awaiting parts... My car was ordered built and delivered faster than a replacement bonnet can be delivered.

Offered cash settlement to engage my own crash repair at less than half the value of the repair.

Meanwhile everyone else I know who's car was damaged in the hail storm have had their car repaired for months with budget insurance companies.

Car unable to start on Friday afternoon. Would crank over but not start.
Just had vehicle back from fitting and servicing fuel system and fuel pump.
Explained to service attendant that the battery had been low prior to going for repairs and I thought it might need a jump to enable it to start the diesel motor. He asked me to crank it over which I did. He listened to it and said that it was not the battery and probably a problem with the fuel supply. He then offered me a deferred tow to get the vehicle back to the diesel repair place on Monday morning. I then had to get a taxi home from Dry Creek to Angle Vale. I returned the following morning with a battery jumper pack and the vehicle started immediately. I have since charged the battery fully and have not had any further problems.
It would appear that the service technician was not interested in my opinion and consequently cost me money for something which could have been fixed with a set of jumper leads.
