Firstly I booked our accommodation over the phone with the Visitors Centre, and the lady was so friendly.
I mentioned that when we were in the Barossa I would drop in. The gentleman that looked after us was so friendly and efficient. He asked what we like, then mapped some ideas for us.
The Visitors Centre certainly enhanced our stay in the beautiful Barossa.

We hired 2 bikes from here to explore this part of the Barossa. Both Kate and Adam were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, giving us some great tips on places to visit.
The bikes were in excellent condition and both very good makes.
We would highly recommend the Visitor Centre for bike hire and for gaining knowledge about the surrounding area.

We had an amazing day riding the Barossa Bike Trail. We started at Tanunda Information Centre where super friendly Adam and Kate got us on our hired e-bikes. We rode to Anguston, all easy and mostly flat, we then journeyed back through the beautiful vineyard surrounded paddocks. First stop was Kaesler cellar door for sensational wines and service. Next onto Château Tanunda for more fantastic wines. These two wineries were outstanding and the bike trail the perfect way to enjoy the region. Definitely a great way to enjoy the Barossa!!

Rented an ebike here for my wife. Excellent service with all staff going over and above. Dean couldn't do enough to help us and sorted us with bike and helmet in no time. Thank you for an amazing trip. My wife could finally keep up with me on a ride.

We stayed in Tanunda & Lyndoch for 5 days total and interacted with Adam and Stacy at the Barossa Visitors Centre almost daily. Whether it was for multi-day e-bike rentals to visit beautiful vineyard landscapes and cellar doors, for superb local insight, information, and recommendations that made our stay more enjoyable, for helping us contact local vendors for trading hours and other info, for providing a treasure trove of great Barossa gifts and merch to shop for, and for even hosting and managing the wonderful local market.
If we could give higher than 5 stars to this centre and Adam and Stacy, we certainly would! This centre and those two folks are an invaluable resource that we highly encourage those traveling to Tanunda or the Barossa Valley to use! Thanks to Adam and Stacy for helping make our Barossa visit indelibly memorable.

Hired some bikes from here recently. The staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, (thank you Kate & Adam). The centre houses numerous information leaflets and itinerary suggestions. There is also a small shop inside which sells locally sourced gifts. The bikes were good quality and well serviced. Highly recommended.

They really do a great job here. Friendly, informative and can tailor an itinerary to suit your trip. Essential first stop! Bonus features were the corner explaining the region and the library attached to the centre which the kids loved. Well done!!
