I have no problems booking and organising my holidays with Barossa Flight Centre. The staff have great ideas and experiences which made my trip the perfect one.
The professional and friendly staff with a great sense of humour make you feel welcome every time you have a question or concerns. Even if you just turn up.

Disappointed in the fact I couldn’t use a voucher via the web had to go in store to be charged a booking fee and a fee to use my card. First consult was friendly, second one if she moved any faster she would have stopped. Very unfriendly

Justin Ward did a sensational job looking after my partner & I's overseas trip, dealing with us and our numerous queries over nine months until we finally managed to get on a plane. Nuriootpa store helped save me when the elizabeth branch I booked my flight through failed to help me get home from overseas when me flight was delayed. I have to give 5 star service as they went out of their way to to help even though they really didn't have to and I wasn't their responsibility so thankyou very much team.

I have used Flight Centre Barossa Valley for all of my flying, accomodation and transfers over the last 3 years and have never recieved such a high quality service. Abby has been easy to work with, very patient when I could not make a decision on the great options she had found us and often finds ways to save you money (bonus)

A BIG THANK YOU TO ABBY AND HER STAFF AT FLIGHT CENTRE NURI, AND SCENIC TOURS. RECENTLY WE COMPLETED AN OVERSEAS TOUR WE HAD ARRANGED THRU ABBY, WHICH INCL. THE UK, PORTUGAL AND A DANUBE RIVER CRUISE. OVERALL A MOST ENJOYABLE FIVE WEEKS WHICH, UNFORTUNATELY, WAS MARRED BY THE FACT THAT MY PARTNER, SUZIE, CONTRACTED BRONCHITIS ON THE SECOND DAY OF THE CRUISE, WHICH KEPT HER BED RIDDEN FOR 4 DAYS ON BOARD. WITHOUT GOING INTO THE MANY ISSUES THAT FOLLOWED, INCLUDING MY CONTRACTING SHINGLES THRU THE STRESS, ABBY AND HER STAFF HAVE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO ASSIST ME IN SUBMITTING A CLAIM TO COVERMORE INSURANCE FOR THE ONGOING MEDICAL COSTS.
THANKS ABBEY AND STAFF, WILL CERTAINLY USE YOU FOR ANY FUTURE ADVENTURES PLANNED.
