This place is huge and can be used for just about any type of event. Although it was a little difficult to find the 1st time I went, I have been pleasantly surprised each time. It is a warehouse so you don't have an idea of what to expect at first.

These are pics from a wedding reception and this still does not give you an idea of how big the place really is. The only downside was 1 bathroom for such a large place.

I went here another time for something like an after-hours club. They had spoken word, poetry, and live music and this event center was transformed to look as if this was the club all the time, not just for the event.

Went to the district event center for a church function that I was invited to. It was their one year anniversary. Everyone was so warm and inviting, I love their praise team, very anointed. They even cooked and fed us I will be going back to support them!!

(+): Open space can really be transformed.
(-): Only 1 bathroom, and 1 stall at this venue. This fact makes for a long line and unhappy patrons if one is holding an event here. This location is hard to see from the roadway. The address doesn't say it is off Rio Grande and the patrons gave feedback that they weren't sure they were in the right place.

Venue revue: Only 1 bathroom so the wait was always a long line. There's poor visibility from the road. The address is misleading, so people at the event were often making small talk of being confused about getting there.

I went for a birthday party. The outdoor is not all that great. The indoor looks like an outdated event center. It is too plain and not very attractive. It is not in a safe area of town.

You’d never see this place from the road. Great place for a party or small wedding! Only drawback is there is only one bathroom in the entire place.
