I went to the shop at Head Office to buy a surface cleaner.

I have recently purchased a 40 Ton Rated Log Splitter from BAR Group. It has been such a great Investment and made my life that much easier in breaking down large logs, via the Lifting Table instead of me doing the heavy lifting. I can honestly say that the Employee involved with my Transaction, did a Fantastic Job in assisting me - in my enquiries, in providing me advice to service the Unit (hence me fitting an hour meter to know exact engine oil change times for the 13 HP Honda) etc.
I highly recommend this Company to anyone who requires a Log Splitter.
The Employee explained to me how to Safely Operate the machine and helped me even tie down the Unit, once it was lifted into my box trailer!
A 10 out of 10 for Customer Service! Keep up the Great Work you are doing!!

A review of recognition for one of your staff in Queensland.
I contacted Jason as i had been in a situation with a pump and unloader on a unit we had purchased 2nd hand from a folded company. There were no identification tags or part numbers anywhere on the pump or drive. Jason requested i send him photos of the unit and immediately identified where it came from and what it was.
He provided prompt expertise and service to arrange the necessary parts for overhaul to get it to a high reliable standard.

Im sure you are already aware of how much of an asset Jason is to your team at BAR. He has literally saved us thousands of dollars in lost revenue due to downtime, let alone my own time running around trying to get parts and information on these products.

Any recognition he receives for this from BAR management is much deserved.
