Another fantastic experience with Micro Aquatic Shop. Had some issues with incorrect items but they sorted it out quickly and I received the correct ones about a week later. Very happy with the quality of corys, shrimp and plants that I received. They're always well packaged so nothing gets damaged in transit.

Originally had some issues purchasing online but their customer service was great and sorted it out for me. I got glass (ghost) shrimp for my aquariums and they arrived 2 days after payment. I received more than I had ordered which was a nice surprise. I see them every now and again as they like to hide. Definitely a great addition to my tanks.

First of all, I'm completely new to owning fish. And my knowledge on the matter was almost zero.

Without a doubt I can say that my visit to the Micro Aquatic Shop was amazingly educational.

Vicky, was so lovely and thorough with sharing information. I asked a lot of questions, and not only did she answer them, but she didn't bullsh*t me with answers that would involve me spending a lot of cash.
In fact, she even steered me away from unnecessary spending.

I told her wanted to start out with a reasonable tank, and I didn't want to spend too much. Immediately she recommended me a beautiful tank (where I actually decided to go a little larger) , and cost effective filter/starter rocks/plants.

Vicky didn't make me feel bad for not wanting to spend $$$ (which some salespeople do).

And I must say, Vicky's subject matter knowledge was exceptional. I was very surprised by her professionalism and attention to detail.

If you're in the market for fish, or anything regarding aquariums, honestly, do yourself a favour and pay these guys a visit.
It'll be worth your time.

Purchased the Aquarium Plants Valued Pack 10 varieties a few moss balls and carpeting plants was very happy with variety and quality.

Followed up a few weeks later with some mixed colour shrimp, NQ algae shrimp and some ember tetras all arrived in good condition and have happily settled into the tank.
