Looked after my wife’s transporter. Half the price of VW and easily twice as good.
While I was dropping her off in my Amarok they ran out to tell her they could hear that my oil pump was faulty and to get it fixed asap. Car was still under warranty and got it fixed for free. Saved me a fortune and made nothing from it themselves. They know their stuff.

I have been going to Newcastle VW Centre for about 7-8 years now with various VW Group cars I have owned in the time. Pete is a no-nonsense guy, but is genuine and trustworthy and his pricing for servicing and labour for repairs is realistic and sensible.

I've had both regular logbook servicing, as well as modifications and repairs (eg rear main seal & waterpump etc) carried out in this time. I will continue to use Newcastle VW Centre over the VW/Audi dealership any day of the week, as it's far more convenient and easy to deal with, and when you pick up your car, you are talking to the guys who did the work which is always reassuring.

They fixed a coolant issue three other shops had failed to find/fix. When a sensor starting playing up they replaced it on the spot, free of charge. Lovely blokes to deal with, couldn’t recommend the shop more.

I was given advise to use Pete and they have done me well. But I think they are to busy these days and only do the minimum required. Pete advised me not to do a Haldex oil change as its not due, I tried a different Mechanic and it was well over due by his photos he took of the pump and oil. I'm sorry but I'm moving on.

Easy going friendly crew. Despite the high cost of VW parts, all efforts were made to seek alternative parts, and try differentlycoded parts, but to no avail. I'd be a repeat customer.

I was recommended to utilise this business and have not had any problems after requesting to look after my car. I find the knowledge and service to be honest and reasonable with pricing.
I would also recommend you bring your vehicle to this business though you will need to book a head due to your busy they are.

Just cannot say enough for Pete & his mechanics.

Pete’s done a few jobs now on my Tiguan over the last couple of years, had timing chain done & today he got my heater going again!

Nothings a problem for them to approach, the cost is always very fair & reasonable without any doubt about that!!

This is the only place I will take me Tiguan!

I can only recommend this business very highly!!!

After dealing with a different European car mechanic who tried to rip me off on water leaks in my 2008 VW Touareg, I got my VW towed to Pete's shop & had it fixed for a fraction of the price the other guy quoted me.
Genuine, excellent service, affordable pricing & honest. Highly recommended.
