To be told by a Helloworld sales consultant hat I have to expect mould in the bathroom because of the weather in Bangkok, is very insulting. A motel room is supposed to be cleaned after each booking. Excessive Mould in the downlights, tiled walls, floor and behind wash basin was photographed and sent the Helloworld before the consultants response . .The matter needed to be taken further. It was very unpleasant .Helloworld did not have my back and wanted me to negotiate with the motel directly. Very poor customer service.

Recently I called in to ask if I could get an up to date brochure of the tour we fully paid for in 2019. I was greeted and after I asked if they had one and innocently told the lady that it was for a tour we booked and paid for in 2019 she launched into a rambling attack on me then when she couldn’t get A rise out of me she arched up and randomly blurted out that I was a very rude lady. I’m hoping that head office will be reading this review because we would be very hard pressed to ever book another holiday with Helloworld especially in Erina Fair. After having worked in customer service for 40 years I was shocked.

Cannot recommend this office enough. Patrick was absolutely wonderful spending a great deal of time with us to find the very best options for our trip at short notice. He was extremely helpful and in constant contact to keep us updated of everything we needed to know and do. We will definitely be going back again to organise our next trip.
