I had to get some photos scanned, my wife has just passed, and I needed them for her funeral service. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and then they refused to charge me any fee. So thankful and so overwhelmed they wouldn't take any money! I am a huge fan, and so many thanks to your wonderful staff and the generosity they displayed. You deserve as many stars as the universe. Total un professional staff.
They not even find there item in store.
Item show online in stock , but not able find.
Girl at the counter so rude , take details for call back .
I got in 30 mins , the said item was stolen from desk .
I asked how , he said we checked in by camera .
I said why you do it update online.
He said we will do now . It’s still showing.
This is there customer service at Wetherill park.

Went at night arond 7.30pm. The guy serving in the print had no customer skills at all. The young girl serving at the checkout was really nice and helpful.

Very unexperienced team, I went for printing, I had to wait on the line for more than 45 minutes, there was only one staff member who is helping the costumers, the team are running in the place l, but no one is asking what is my inquiry, very very poor of experience costumer service team,
After 1 hour of waiting, they said the printing machine is broken and the other machine is not accepting the printing.
Their team will defiantly need a huge training on how to work in the printing section.
It was really disappointing and frustrating.

The guy in the printing area honestly has no customer service skills at all. He kept on scoffing and making it seem like us asking to print was an inconvenience when it's literally his job

I have no idea why he's in such a bad mood, but there is no reason for him to take it out on anyone.

I also bought an iPad five months ago. It stopped working. I returned it to them. They have had it for more than two weeks. Every two days I go to them and there is no clear answer from them. They returned it as is and did nothing. I do not advise anyone to buy anything electronic from them because their treatment is very bad.

I honestly don’t see why they deserve 2.7 star ratings. Came here on Friday and got an IPad, MacBook and a screen protector. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Quite a large store and a lot of parking available on the premises 😄

Very Good customer service for the printing section. And for the order section should be more careful when you want to revive your order they will give you missed something.
