I had a wonderful experience at this store. The lovely Skye helped my partner and I book our Europe trip. She made everything so seamless and easy, whilst making sure to get us the best deal. I am an anxious traveler and she always answered all of my questions with lots of care. I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable she was about all the different options. She really took her time to make sure we understood every option and deal. If you’re looking to book a holiday I couldn’t recommend Skye from Foster more! My wife and I recently booked an organised tour of japan, we used the services of Flight Centre in Stocklands Forster as we had used Flight Centre when we lived in the Blue Mountains and were most impressed with their level of service and professionalism. Our experience with the team at Forster was certainly not the same as we had previously enjoyed in the Blue Mountains.

In all, it wasn’t terrible however, the only way I could describe their service would be pedestrian. Not mentioning anyone in particular to be fair, but the particular person we dealt with did the bare minimum. We hadn’t travelled overseas for some 8 years and things can change in that time. The person we dealt with didn’t once contact us to establish whether we were clear on the terms and conditions and other aspects of the tour.

As it turned out, there were a number of issues which needed clarifying and trying to establish what days our particular travel agent worked throughout the week proved difficult as none of the other staff knew either. In all, I wouldn’t say our experience with Flight Centre Forster was terrible what I would say though, is they really need to lift their game and start going that extra mile for their customers. It makes a huge difference!

I cannot praise enough the incredible services rendered by Laurel Brown, my travel agent extraordinaire. From the very beginning, it was evident that Laurel was going to make our travel experience one to remember.
