Terrible customer service. Called in at their opening time with a tyre puncture while driving from Adelaide to Brisbane but got no help other than we (myself and wife with our pet dog) can wait in the car and they will try to look at it after their booked jobs. ( no other customer was there yet) When asked if anyone else might be available, was told “maybe, there is a shop down the road”.

Absolutely amazing country service. We had been having issues with a slow leak on our Iveco Motorhome. We contacted Tyre Doctor and Wendy couldn’t have been any more friendly. She told us to come in straightaway. Fortunately it was an easy fix and Ethan got us sorted and reassured and back on the road to continue our travels in no time at all.
On top of that they refused to take any payment after dropping everything they were doing to help us out. I’m going to share their details to our motorhome group in case any ever needs help or advice. Thanks Wendy, Ethan and Luke.

We were on the road from Hay to Dubbo and about 100kms out of Hay flats the rear tyre on our X5 blew out. We rang everywhere within 400km and no one could help about getting a new tyre, fortunately another kind man pulled up and help put the spare tyre on. We made it to West Wyalong feeling very desperate as to what to do. A local service station recommended the tyre doctor and we called in and Wendy the owner said she didn’t have one however she could see the state we were in and she said she would help us source one. In the end she found another tyre shop in Wagga Wagga that had one and she through her relationship with them was able to organise to get it done even though we just made it there before closing on a Friday night and we finally got the tyre replaced. If it hadn’t been for Wendy’s help we would have lost several days of travel and not get to our destination in time (and there wasn’t anything in it for her) . So a really big thank you for your help, you got us out of a really terrible situation. Regards Peter & Annie

Travelling from Temora to West Wyalong and blew a tyre outside small town of Barmedman. A local business organised for someone to put on the temporary tyre so we could make it to West Wyalong to hopefully get a replacement. Luckily for me The Tyre Doctor had tyres to fit my car. Staff were extremely helpful and we were able to finish our journey within around half an hour or so. So grateful for the great service. Staff were very professional. Only thing I would have liked was to be able to make a cuppa while I was waiting.
