I recently had the pleasure of covering a wedding reception at The Ambassador Venues, and I was truly impressed by the experience. The decor was elegant, with thoughtful seating arrangements that provided comfort and ease for guests. The ambient lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhancing the overall vibe of the event. The ample parking facilities were a convenient plus, making arrival and departure hassle-free for everyone.

The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of options that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff provided exceptional service, attending to every detail with professionalism and a warm demeanor.

Overall, The Ambassador Venue offers a fantastic environment, perfect for weddings, receptions, or any special gathering. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable event experience.

The lovely staff at the ambassador lounge went above and beyond for my event and created a magical night for all my guests. There was never ending compliments about the food, desserts, decor and how stunning the reception is.

The staff are amazing to work with when it comes to bringing a certain vision to life and they went go out of their way to accommodate my requests.

The venue is NOT ACCESSIBLE for any kind of wheelchair ♿️ or prams. The employees has said that “there is stairs on the front entrance but everything else is accessible for a normal wheelchair (manual) but you have to carry it upstairs” how can this be allowed and if someone hurt themselves who will be the one responsible for it. Not trying to be rude but they shouldn’t advertise this as accessible at all as I myself am a wheelchair user.

Food was good (Indian cuisine), however, on the day was asked multiple times by staff on when the entrees were to be served
when this had already been organised with both my husband and i prior with the owner. Before the event started the staff once again to which we answered. By the time the entrees were to be served the kitchen said they weren’t ready, which had delayed the whole program.

Staff were rude and kept moving decorations even when guests arrived and were seated, when it was concluded prior that how it was set was the final look.

It was also later discovered that night that the staff were vaping in the bathroom and additionally drinking the limited alcohol supply we had bought to the venue.

Further, initially we had an extra 8 people come last minute to the event, however 2 whole families didn’t show up and we were still expected to pay for the “additional 8”. On the night it was obvious that not everyone made it as tables were empty and plates of
Food to be served was taken back to the kitchen as the numbers were less than what was paid for.

Table numbers were swapped and important people who were supposed to be at the front were put at the back and the staff rudely asked why myself the bride had opened the wishing well as she said “only I am allowed to open it.”

I suggest not hosting an event here as staff are untrustworthy, it’s not worth the price.

Venue is also not wheelchair accessible.

We had a party last night for our baby in the small function room. Hamid's communication was excellent. He was able to meet our requests for decor or when we requested the easel as well as the baby change area. There was plenty of space for guests to walk around. Hamid catered to our prayer needs as well for my guests and I. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed and loved the food. We also enjoyed the mains and dessert also. There was a huge variety to choose from. I highly recommend Ambassador Venues.
