Not really a product review as I returned the duvet for a refund but I did see a few reviews saying staff was rude and unhelpful so thought I should write my review of them. I would have spoke to 3 people who worked there (mainly Rosalyn), never had problem getting through on phone, even at 8am, and they were all totally pleasant and helpful and my refund process was easy as. A toll person came to my door, at a time convenient to me, and at no cost to me, took the duvet, Downia approved refund, Planet Linen sent me refund - all within 3 days. And, I didn't even buy the duvet from them but a 3rd party - I was totally sure I would be $500 out of pocket at the start of process....happily proven wrong.

Purchased from David Jones a Downia quilt valued close to $800
Went looking for a quilt cover and bought a Sheridan quilt cover. Downia told me The Sheridan brand covers are too big for their quilts. So I asked what brand do I buy to match their quilts- Downia replied not sure. Then I asked how do I find a matching quilt cover, do I match by quilt dimensions- they replied I don’t know.

Useless and looks ridiculous on the bed.
