This is a ok place to say. We stay around $100 mark and I am happy with the price and the stay. There is no comments of the stuff in reception... They had good customer service.. It was only 10mins interaction. The pool was closed therefore can’t comment on it. The restaurant we didn’t eat for breakfast as we headed of to West Ryde... You can also go to Eastwood shopping centre. But the prices at Red star seems reasonable price.

The room was good size. But a little dirt on the floor.. The beds were clean. The bathroom wasn’t that clean..
If they get some good cleaners and give some renovation to the room and give the same price... it’s better than staying in those tinny rooms in the vibe.

I wasn’t expecting much from this place but it was surprisingly good. Friendly staff who gave us a last minute late checkout, the rooms are way more modern then the exterior, clean and despite what you read the food wasn’t that bad.

Very run down and dinner was atrocious! We had surf and turf and steak looked like it was boiled in the bag and sauce had consistency of cold custard.
Brekkie was very good and staff were friendly.

Great hotel. Good air con that isn't to loud. Breakfast room service is very reasonably priced. Clean pool. Golf course views. Clean and tidy rooms. Foxtel channels on tv. Good experience with staff. Highly Recommended hotel for Rydalmere area. 🙂

Clean and comfy . Reasonable price but not in a great area . Be good for O/N stay or business but not for exploring surrounds . Great transport to the city and Parramatta available though.
Great if you love golf as the course is right next door to the hotel .

Wi-fi did not work. Had to pay for cans of drinks in the bar fridge in the rooms especially when I paid $140 for the room for the night. I had to wait ages got my room to be ready when I arrived after 2pm. Needs to be more modern not 1970s. Overpriced food wasn't great in downstairs restaurant. Overpriced for steak
