Wow, Michelle and Tony went out of their way to help us out when I gave them the complete wrong month we were leaving and on the day of going to the airport I rang them and said I had made a major problem and Michelle rearranged her day to come and pick up our family and get to the airport on time!! She also sorted out the pick up date as I had that wrong too. From the bottom of our hearts we really appreciate the effort and the most beautiful customer service level you guys delivered!!!! Thanks you!!!!

We used Superior Hire Cars yesterday for our wedding, not only were they the cheapest but Gordon our limousine driver was an absolute top guy with the patience of a saint. He had to wait for us to get our photos done which took longer than expected but was also dealing with our children whilst we were away can't thank Gordon enough! both Samantha and myself would recommend 10/10

I have never had better service from a hire car service in this area. I regularly use their airport transfer service and have had to change my booking 3 times in 3 days. The answer has always been "No Problem".
If you book for whatever event you have, the answer has always been no problem. Friendly, courteous drivers, makes the trip enjoyable.

I have been using Superior Hire Cars for more than twelve months. They are convenient, reliable and friendly. I would recommend their service as there have never been any issues. Airport pick ups, late night or early morning; rest assured SHC are there for my convenience.

First thing: two of the reviews on Google are from the owners themselves ( David Chorlton and Catharine Cameron), which leads me to believe that Glenys is a relative. Secondly, Jarad Whitford was a client; he was part of my booking - he was one of my grooms men.

This company provided the most unprofessional service I've ever received from a business. And, on my wedding day too.

The level of rudeness and lack of customer service was so bad it's almost unbelievable. Alas, it happened and we had to deal with these people during one of the most important days of our lives.

I'll try and limit this saga with key points:
- Catharine gave my best man (and cousin) the middle finger because they asked if they could have champagne.
- Everyone was refused service (champagne)because of some perceived issue Catharine had with my guests.
- The owner (David) interrupted our photoshoot to complain that our guests said they would leave a bad review for the terrible customer serivce. When my friend (a school teacher) tried to mediate, he yelled at her and continued to stop our photos.
- They blocked our guests cars in the carpark whilst we were getting photos taken and wouldn't move out to let people leave. That means guests could not travel to the reception. This included my grandparents and parents.
- They kicked us out of the limo at the reception because they got upset about a 'Do Not Recommend' one of our guests left on their Facebook site. NOTE: they have turned reviews off on their Facebook site because they are concerned about the feedback our guests wish to leave.

This was for my wedding October 2018, and as a legitimate customer, I would never use them again for any event; I would never recommend them to anyone; I am actively telling people to use other services instead of them.

Regardless of any imagined reasons to treat a wedding party with such disrespect, for $1500, this was simply not worth the money.

The one good note is that the elderly driver was lovely. His service was great, and all my guests had nothing but praise for him. It's a shame he doesn't own the business, as he clearly knows how to treat guests.

EDIT: The owner has lied on her response by saying my guests were intoxicated. The "threatening behaviour" was the warning that they would leave bad reviews. No threats of violence were made.The only alcohol any guest had was a single glass of champagne per person that the ceremony offered after we got married. But, I'm glad they responded because it clearly shows their inability to present themselves in a professional manner.

My husband and I were unlucky enough to have this service on our wedding day. I want to start by saying that the older gentleman who drove myself and ky girls in the morning was delightful. However, it all went south very quickly. Heres the low down:
*The car that picked up the groom and his partybin the morning had a rude driver.
*After the ceremony, guests were ready to leave for the reception, and a relative told us he asked the limo driver to shut his car door so he could reverse and he was greeted with the driver acting like the guest was being a hassle, despite them blocking in several people who were stuck in the carpark.
*the driver for the bride and groom, the owner, wasnt particularly friendly driving us to the photoshoot. He didnt even say congratulations or offer us champagne.
*the groomsmen limo were refused champagne, they were completely sober, because the driver said the journey was too short. When the groomsman asked again, he was refused with the driver citing that she had been threatened. Not true.
*during our private shoot on the beach the male owner came down absolutely raging saying there were threats being made. We tried to find out more info and difuse the situation but it got worse
*the limo refused to take 2 groomsmen back to the reception on grounds of these threats (bad reviews) so our photographer drove them
*at the reception we got told they were refusing to stay due to again, these threats, even though we had the limo booked for an extra 15min.
*we ended up exiting the limo to sit in our photographers car, and i tried to be the bigger person by apologising for any misunderstandings or issues that arose on the day. I was then shot down by the male owner shouting "you need to understand this is my workplace!" Before i responded "and this is my wedding day!" And was promptly whisked away by the photographers, 2 people who actually understand professionalism.

Do not book this company. I hope our older driver moves on to a nicer company. Superior car hire is inferior in every sense of the word.
