If I could I would vie 0 stars.
Absolutely the worst experience. Just in for the money. Rude behaviour, not helpful.
She took care of my company sponsored 482 visa and was supposed to lodge EOI for 190 and 491. She collected the money yet would never send me any visa updates the government issued. I always had to approach her to get any information. She then said I should find a new agent after collecting 5k. What I did not know was that she messed up my EOI by updating it and resetting my 18 months waiting time on it instead of lodging a new EOI!!! I lost my 18 months and the EOI is only 1 month old. I lost my chances of invitation but she took all my money and left. DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely awful phone etiquette. Terry was arrogant and wouldn’t even hear my issue she was only interested in her $300 fee before looking into anything. I asked for an approximate price, to which she answered, "How could she give an estimate when surgeons don't give quotes for procedures before seeing patients?" She then told me she was extremely busy - clearly way too busy for new business. Noted. My advice: Take your business elsewhere to someone who genuinely cares and has time to attend to your matter.
