I have always wanted to try their Bottom of the Barrel BBQ because their smoked meats looked so good. We made the long drive to check it out and it didn't disappoint.

We ordered 2 x Brisket plate which contained 250 grams of smoked brisket, a damper roll and one side. The smoked brisket tasted incredible and I was blown away with how delicious it tasted, the smoked brisket was so tender, juicy and had the most delicious smoky flavour. I was so impressed that I did consider going back to buy more and to also try the pulled pork. We will definitely come back again soon.

Bottom of the Barrel BBQ is now my favourite place for smoked brisket.

The best American BBQ I have had. We aren’t local and heard about this place, so had to try it out. The brisket is so juicy and tender, the sides are all delicious too!

Okay so amongst this random picture from Christmas Day I took up the offer from these guys for their barbecue packs for Christmas Day which consisted of pulled pork and brisket.

to the shop Christmas Eve. The team couldn't be more friendly and welcoming.

I ended up getting 3 kg of (1.5kgsof each) brisket and pulled pork and seriously the brisket was probably the best I've ever had. They also gave a complimentary bottle of Baby Rays and advised how to warm it up

It was amazing even three and four days After the fact we still had leftovers. It was still moist and the taste was amazing.

Absolutely recommend these guys as this was the first time I've used them.

I want go back on a weekend and actually have it as a sitdown meal there and then but it's absolutely worth a drive across town to get this int ya "belly"

Went here tonight for dinner and was very impressed. Owners are so nice and accommodating and the brisket and pork were heavenly bbq. Nice smoke flavour. And we got a pup cup for free for our pupper. Will def be recommending to friends and returning

🔥🔥🔥Definitely Sydney's top American BBQ, have been dining in here for years and the quality is always perfectly consistent 👌👌, its not just the food that's quality but the price and service from Dave and the bottom of the barrell crew is always on point never had anything to complain about ever. Defitely recommend the brisket plate

Followed Dave from Padstow to Preston. Food is just as amazing as before. Beef rib literally slid off the bone when we picked it up. Amazing amazing tenderness and flavour. Brisket never disappoints either. Throw any of their meat in a damper roll along with the potato salad or slaw, and you'll have an unforgettable experience. Bottom of the Barrel is my absolute go-to for American BBQ. Service is always top tier too.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bottom of the Barrel and was absolutely blown away by the experience! The pork rolls and brisket rolls were nothing short of phenomenal—each bite was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. You can really tell that a lot of care and skill goes into preparing their food.

But what truly made the visit memorable was the owner, Melodie. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Her delightful personality and genuine hospitality added a special touch to our meal.

If you're looking for amazing food and outstanding service, Bottom of the Barrel is the place to go. Highly recommend!
