The experience was wonderful. The staff were exceptional especially Haley who was our waitress for both dinner and breakfast, nothing was too much trouble and it was service with a smile. The dinner was delicious and best T-bone steak we have had. We will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel was comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Our room was two bedroom family room, however the only table to sit at was in main bedroom. Had coffee machine but only one pod, beds were comfortable and bathroom good. The foyer area was where the fridge and amenities were room just felt disconnected or layout an after thought! There is some highway noise which is to be expected. Not quite there for the price.

The room was nothing like advertised. It was gross and dirty. The carpet was probably from 50 years ago and stained all over. One of the worst mattresses you can sleep on. Probably the same age as the carpet. I felt like I was spending the night in a brothel.
On top of that, the pool was closed because they found bacterias in the water. This facility was the reason we booked here. Think twice before booking this place.

Staff were beautiful and friendly on arrival to Tamworth. The room and amenities are very tired. And while room service helped keep it neat, there were spiders webs in the corners of the room. Overall for the price at the height of the tourist attraction of the year, Tamworth Country Music Festival, the hotel is well located for easy access to all the different events. ||Decent, cheap, and basic - accommodation.

Very comfortable and clean room, quiet and a great bed. Excellent dinner and room service. The dog enclosure was fantastic as was clean, had natural grass and was as a good size for active dogs. A water trough/kid’s pool and a couple of benches to sit on would be great additions for the dogs and their humans. Thank you for providing this area for the dogs!

I have stayed with Best Western Sanctuary Inn on various occasions previously and always for Business. Whilst the premises has had some renovations, the property was underwhelming, to say the least, considering the exorbitant rates charged during my two night stay.|My room was tired with dirt and grim around the skirting boards, the bathtub/show was far from 'sparkling', the coffee cups were stained, the cutlery holder in the kitchen draw was in need of a good clean, the kettle was noisey and old, the curtains and sheers were missing keepers to hold them in place and the lounge was grimy. The air-conditioning worked and the linen was clean however.

Disappointing.
Curtains did not close properly, hanging off runners. Door had gaps at top and bottom. Drain from upstairs ran near bedhead woke us when used at 1am for an hour(offered a room change).Room size good. Mattress moved across whole bed when 1 person moved!. Perhaps a light near kettle.
Bathroom in dire need of an update. Cold water tap dripped. Spout loose. Toilet flush poor, tiles chipped and grubby near floor. No warning of scalding hot water in shower or that cold water would cease to flow during a shower, dangerous. Fan needed defluffing. A big PLUS there was a shower cap!
Restaurant , 3 mornings of "discussion" with waitress re the fact our breakfast was included in our voucher. It should have been put right on 1st day.
Dinner, Barramundi was overcooked and dry, fennel salad was made mostly with brown root part. No dressing on anything. Asapragus (new menu veg) was fine as was pork belly.
