I have never written a review, but I want everyone to know how impressed I am with our apartment.
The cleanliness is 100%.
The linen and towels are 5 star-quality
The shower is fantastic
And to top it all off, the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in other than my own

Fabulous place to stay, great size, fully self contained, comfy beds, great bathroom & kitchen, lovely managers, great location...ticked all boxes! ||Tamworth is surprising a lovely place to stop off for a night. We were on a Brisbane to Sydney road trip going the inland road and decided to stay a night. It has so many overnight options but glad we paid a little more to stay here and so close to Centre of Town and Peel River walks, parklands! We decided to stay two nights as it was so good. Be sure you visit the Electricity Museum and go up Scenic Hill and visit the Marsupial Park (free entry) up there too.||Great Cafe in the centre of town, Peel Street (which we walked to on both mornings) for Breakfasts and Lunch called Panela. It served locally sourced produce produce with a hint of a Peruvian influence. The Smashed Avocado Breakfast was superb with crunchy Chick Peas on the side and so was the Bacon and Eggs. We had never tasted such delicious Ham and Bacon before and I grew up on a Farm. Both days we got lunches to take away for a Picnic whilst sightseeing. I would highly recommend the Sandwiches as again the Ham and the Turkey melted in your mouth. All the food was lovingly prepared. To top it off, we got freshly prepared Juices and I chose the Tumeric Surprize (I think it was called). This was not what I expected in Tamworth.

I had a very nice stay here in a time of need. The room was large and comfortable and I slept well. The washing machine in the room was needed and did a good job of cleaning my clothes which then dried using the clothes airer provided. The shower was large and the water hot. I also enjoyed having the kitchen with microwave and fridge in the room. It is well worth a stay when you are in the area.

2 bedroom townhouse at the back of the property, off the road, it was quiet, clean and comfortable. This was our 2nd stay and would be happy to come back again.

The Roseville apartments were great value for money! The spacious rooms were exactly what my young kids and I needed on our short stay. The pool looked lovely too and we would’ve enjoyed jumping in for a swim if we were staying longer! The service was exceptional; friendly, helpful and extremely hospitable. |Emma

Imagine booking a client with a disability through an NDIS service provider only to be treated like vermin and judged based on appearance because apparently NDIS and disability is the same as Homes North. Even still to judge people with a Disability is as low as you can go let alone based on appearance. I guess they don't read many books, not very educated. Spoken to like a piece of crap and had to just take it because we were in fear the manager was going to reject the booking, and our client would have been left stranded in Tamworth at this time and that is overwhelming for anyone let alone someone with a disability. We paid for the 3 nights up front then what was meant to be a $200 security deposit which turned out to be $300. The disgrace on this Manager and the owner for allowing such shallow and disgusting behavior is simply just unfair and not right to be an Australian Way. Complaint lodged to ACCC and The Australian Human Rights Commission. Thank you and I hope you break an ankle.

I've been sent here again. This time they gave me an "executive" apartment (= has dishwasher). There was a sitting room, with small but adequate, bathroom, and a bed room. Each room had it's own split system air con. There was only one controller. however the two systems were the same brand. The sitting room (with kitchen facilities) was large - I liked the space but it's carpetless and does not feel cosy. The lounge could sleep a small child if required. I liked the bedside lights - they are functional for reading in bed. This is a new block. Driving from the upper level to the lower level (where my unit was) the front of my rental Kia Cerato scaped - the ange is too acute. Last time I had a SUV - it was OK. I was here 15 nights and they serviced the room once only - you have to use the room's washing machine to wash the motel's towels........

We were most impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness, upkeep etc. of our apartment - especially the way the kitchen was equipped. Far better than anything we have experienced in our 6 week road-trip to date. Plentiful amount of cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, bowls etc. Little things like that make a huge difference when you plan to eat in. Bravo for a caring, meticulous management of these apartments. We'll be coming back for sure!
