Best value hotel in town!! Clean, modern and hygienic rooms with friendly staff.

Room service for hot breakfast and most nights dinner through the meal chute next to your door. No door knocking needed.

Pool and laundry facilities are good too. I recommend getting the spa room which makes the stay more worthwhile.

14 of us met for a reunion. It was an excellent stay! The staff were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Megan, Phillipa and her off sider. Also Mark in the bar was helpful and cheerful. We’ll be back next year for our 60th!!

The rooms were average. When we arrived we pulled out the sofa bed and there were food wrappers in between the sheets, we were advised that the sheets were clean.. they most definitely were not! We had to ask for clean sheets. After our room was serviced/ cleaned the next day we came back that night and we had no new clean towels, to shower, we had to call reception 10:30pm to get clean towels.. and the toilet paper situation was ridiculous they would only give one roll between 4 people to last a whole day, we ended up using our emergency stash we had in the car.
I wanted to make a coffee in the room but before making it I wanted to clean the Kettle as we weren't sure about it being the older ones you can not see inside it.. I boiled water and poured it down the sink and black stuff came out of the Kettle, so disgusting, so I ended up buying a coffee (which wasn't the best and cost me $7.50) from the restaurant they have on site and paid cash for it, but reception also charged the credit card that they had on file, have no idea why., so we had to contact them about it to rectify the issue. We appreciate the hospitality staff but I think they definitely need more training.
The water in the pool looked green and the bottom of the pool felt slimey. Overall the reception staff were lovely and accommodating when addressing the issues.

Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and elegant. Restaurant was super - food excellent and so plentiful that I couldn’t finish the monster portion of ranch salad that I was served. Staff very pleasant and cheerful. ||Breakfast was spot on - eggs cooked to perfection, and two chunky sandwiches that we ordered for lunch on our trip look very inviting!|Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation.
Staff are professional and helpful. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Very comfortable beds, large bathrooms, great shower water pressure, good value for money. Well positioned establishment.

As far as motor inns go, Best Western Plus Tamworth is ok. The room was clean and the shower pressure was good. Food was ok (dinner and breakfast). Internet quality was poor and no Netflix etc on the TV, but it’s motor inn in Tamworth right, so you have to make some allowances.

Excellent value for very comfortable and well positioned motel. Quality furnishings and numerous fluffy white towels and spacious bathroom. Every detail covered and quiet large room. Comfortable bed and table with chairs plus recliner chair. Restaurant onsite good value and reasonably priced including wine.

Everything about this motel was excellent. The room was roomy, spotless and well appointed. We chose room service for dinner which was amazing, promptly delivered and hot. Even though it was on a main road there was no road noise because the rooms are set well off the road. We would certainly stay again.
