If you are reading this review just stop researching Wedding Planners and meet Jen Madden as she is the perfect planner, and you need her for the perfect wedding.
I chose Jen based on her reviews being so heartfelt and they were not wrong. From the moment I met Jen I knew she was who we wanted to plan our wedding. Jen worked with us for over 10 months assisting with the venue choice, aesthetics, all the vendors basically every detail of our wedding even down to my hair and makeup was flawlessly planned by Jen and her team
Before our big day I already felt she was amazing value for what she provided but I had no idea how much more she gave. When I grabbed my morning coffee at 7am (completely relaxed as it had all been planned by Jen) she was already there directing furniture vendors and organizing the day. She and her team were still there after our wedding ended at 11pm ensuring every detail from start to finish went seamlessly.
Every single vendor she recommended was perfect, I have many amazing reviews to write but all of these started with her recommendation. She clearly has the highest standards and every person we worked with respected her and followed her direction. Our venue had a planner, it is crucial you know that planner is for the venue, you need your own Wedding Planner regardless if the venue has their own.
On a personal level I really appreciated Jen’s positivity and empathy. Her EQ is off the charts, and she always knew the right thing to say or do not only on the wedding day but in all our interactions during the lead up. Before I selected Jen, I had no idea how important this person is in your life, I do now, and I want anyone reading this to know how amazing she truly is.
To say I am grateful is an understatement. We had a fairytale wedding, and I feel we owe this completely to Jen and her amazing team. She is a perfectionist and for an event like this you need her in your corner.

We feel so lucky to have had Jen and her team at Madden and Co. coordinating our wedding!

Jen was amazing to work with. Not only is she lovely, she helped to put my mind at ease leading up to the day and made sure the day was seamless! Hugo and I had the best time, stress free, so much fun, everything looked better than we could have imagined, and we knew that Jen had everything under control.

In the lead up to our wedding, Jen was always happy to have a chat whether it be to discuss vendor run sheets or just checking in to make sure we were doing ok! She went above and beyond, helping to wrangle our fur baby, organising the delivery of a last minute full length mirror and managing weather induced bridal anxiety ?

We could not recommend Jen and her team more highly! Thanks so much Jen and Madden and Co. ?

Jen was our wedding coordinator and an absolute delight to work with! She was organised, friendly and very clear with her communication skills. We never felt any stress on our big day, she managed it all and made sure our day was seamless and perfection! She had amazing contacts and recommendations for what wedding vendors to use and always gave us honest and sincere advice! An absolute delight and I could not recommend her more.

Jen and her team at Madden & Co created the most magical day of our lives. We can't thank them enough for styling our wedding. From my first conversation with Jen she understood my vision, and the mood board she subsequently sent nailed the brief better than I could ever have described. Jen was available through every part of the process, offering suggestions and making sure no detail was forgotten. She worked with other vendors to ensure our theme and feel was consistent. From being involved in other weddings, I know how much time, thought and energy can go into the styling but with Jen I knew I was in safe hands and the whole process was a breeze. When we entered our reception we were blown away by how beautiful the space looked. And it only got better as night fell and the hundreds of candles glowed around us. Thank you again for everything you accomplished in the lead up and on our wedding day. The attention to detail of Madden & Co truly elevated our wedding to the next level!

Jen and the lovely ladies at Madden and Co were absolutely incredible on our wedding day !
My husband and i feel so lucky that we were able to have Jen coordinate and style our wedding- she was such a big part of my sisters successful wedding and we knew that we just needed to have her make our wedding magical.
We had nothing to worry about on the day, as Jen had already spent the months prior coordinating the vendors and ensuring she knew what our vision was for the day. This allowed us to just enjoy with our loved ones and know that everything we wanted to achieve would happen.
Her attention to detail with her styling is next level and we received so many positive remarks on the way both our ceremony and receptions areas looked.
We always felt at ease with Jen, and what made her stand out from the rest was her passion and love for the job. We knew that whatever challenges may come from changing vendors last minute (and her providing amazing recommendations) to illustrating our wish for florals and styling through her developing a mood board for us, she would help us overcome them.

Jen is honestly such a life saver and I would 1000% recommend her to future brides- you need Jen in your life and on your wedding day ! You will not regret it !!

My wedding day was the best day of my life – it was everything I had wished for and more and that’s thanks to Jen.

Having Jen be our wedding co-ordinator and stylist meant that Samuel and I could enjoy “our” day with our loved ones, we just turned up and had the most romantic and special day. Jen waved her magic wand and turned our dreams into reality, all of our guests are still talking about our amazing day. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jen more; her attention to detail, genuine care, beautiful personality and utmost professionalism resulted in a stress free day that ran smoothly and most importantly ticked everything off our wish list.

My partner and I work shift work, we knew planning a wedding would be a huge task for us to take on, and so from the start I thought a wedding planner and stylist would be needed. After our first phone call with Jen I knew she stood out from the rest. Jen completely understood what I wanted for the day - she took my hopes and wishes and took them to the next level.
I haven’t stopped receiving compliments about the styling of our wedding and how effortless the day went. From the mood board Jen put together to help us visualise and style our ceremony and reception, to the wonderful vendor co-ordination both before and during the day, the details we hadn’t even thought of but thank goodness we included thanks to Jen it all culminated into the most glorious day.

Jen was always there for those phone calls or emails, nothing was ever too much, and she was always in control and made us feel at ease with the lead up to our big day. Jen is an amazing wedding co-ordinator and stylist but more importantly I now call her my friend. My whole family fell in love with Jen, and now my sister has Jen also styling and co-ordinating her wedding next year.

Thank you Jen, you truly are the best in your field and deserve all the accolades and praise that all your past brides have said about you. A tip for all brides to be; plan your wedding around Jens availability you will not be disappointed.

Jen was amazing from day one! Madden & Co was the first vendor that we booked when we started our wedding planning journey. We initially booked for styling but added on the day coordination not long after. Jen answered every question, guided us through decision making and ensured our wedding day went off without a hitch. By the time we reached our special day we had nicknamed Jen our 'wedding fairy godmother'. Not only does she go above and beyond in all aspects but she has an amazing network of vendors to help create your dream day. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more, we couldn't have pulled it off without Jen and the Madden & Co team <3

We're so happy we found Jen!

After our first wedding was cancelled due to COVID, my husband and I decided to have a backyard wedding at his family home. We were on the fence about hiring a stylist and on the day coordinator, but I am sooo glad that we did. Jen took the space to the next level! Everything looked so beautiful and nothing was too difficult for Jen and her team.

Jen was very easy to deal with, and provided options to work around our budget. She engaged with our other vendors and coordinated everything so our wedding day was completely stress free. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks Jen and team!!!
