Beautiful location on the river. Comfortable room with all the amenities. Excellent food from the restaurant. Service from a fantastic group of people! Walkable shopping very nearby.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that I would rather take my chance with Norman bates at the bates motel then stay here. Got there at check in time and they told us to leave for 20mins while they clean the room. Terrible service, rudeness of front desk and in 4 days they forget to clean our room even after telling us they will. When I saw the broken down cars out the back I was worried ours would have the same fate and we would be buried on the property before we left. Also I think the pool contained more diseases than Africa.
When it came to night time the staff decided it was playtime and made so much noise dragging trolleys around(probably the bodies of the holiday goers) and had the place lit up like a cruise liner.
I would rather take my chances in south Kempsey then stay here.

So me and my cousins have driven from Queensland, paid for the room over 3 days ago was waiting for a code to get a key to get into the room didn’t get the code till 10pm at night when we were already on our drive not knowing if we had a room to sleep in or not as we had called 3 times already.

Room is disgusting, aircon is not clean smells like mould, beds are not comfortable at all I can feel the springs in my back, the tv is a size of A4 paper, the bathroom door has been punched in, left us someone else’s toilet paper a quarter of a roll, dirt on pillows and in the beds.

No communication was followed through what so ever.

Worst motel we've ever staued in. The stairs wwre rusted and had rusy holes. Were worried about using them. Our carport was being used by another guest or worker. We told managemwnt they just told us to park on the grass. We paid for the carport it comes with the price of the room. Pool was closed the whole 4 days of being. I did ask about the pool the first day we got there , we were told it would be ready the next day. They lied. There were tiny bugs in the room, and small cockroaches. There was rubbish all at the side which brought an awful smell into the room. My granddaughters bed had sand/crumbs in it. Only two powerpoints in the room. Which one was for the t.v. then the other for jug. We had to unplug the jug everytime we had to charge our phones. We had 3 pbones and a tablet. Was challenging to juggle. No many places to go for dinner. Tge RSL was the only place. Unless u dont mind Dominies or Chinese. Definitely not a place to go if you want a holiday. A quick stop over for a sleep and a shower is ok. Disappointed and feel it was a total waste of money for us.

They have a spectacular view from their rooms of the river and a restaurant that seems to be great just didn't eat from there smelled amazing and the restaurant has a fantastic view as well. The bar fridge is very small which can be expected and no microwave is a bummer but the part they lost a star is the fact the TV was old and not a smart TV.

This hotel advertises a saltwater swimming pool, which was the main draw card for our kids. Upon arrival we were not updated about the swimming pool being unoperational. When I talked to staff they couldn't help, saying it's not working, but when I looked at it it seemed like it had been closed for weeks. I found this very unprofessional and disappointing. If we knew we wouldn't be booking the hotel.

Terrible service.
Stayed in the 3 bedroom guest apartment.
Ants everywhere owners rooms directly across from us. Rubbish everywhere outside. All 4 kids my wife and I got very sick and had to leave very early in the morning we couldn't stay any longer.
