I am a regular customer at strandbag Rouse Hill.i have spent around 1000$ in 6 months. I have never seen this pathetic customer Service.I asked a lady to help me to which she said I will come back to you to which she never helped me.I asked her help again to buy some bags to which she said I don't" negotiate ".She was not ready to listen and help.I explained her that you have misunderstood me and could you please help me taking off that bag from that hook to which she looked away.I took the bag from the hook of that stand myself.
I bought a $ 190 bag but when I came home ,I saw it has black marks all over at the bottom.

She was being too racist to give me a fresh piece.I was due to fly next day otherwise I would have returned it.I shopped in this store on Monday around 4 pm.

I would never go back to this store again.You lost a loyal customer.

The black haired short lady who is apparently the Assistant store manager was super rude to us for no reason. But she was very polite with the other customers. What a low life racist.

I called you and said I would arrive in 18 minutes!!! You said you would wait for me, I arrived and you refused to help me!!!

I can’t believe it!!! I have a flight tomorrow and just discovered my luggage is broken!! I urgently raced down to rouse hill to get new luggage, she said she would help me!!!! Then I arrive, unfortunately I parked on the cinema side so had to run all the way down.. she refused to help me at 9:02pm !!!! SERIOUSLY WHO DOES THAT!

As a store manager myself, I would NEVRR treat a customer like this!!!

An eftpos transaction takes TWO SECONDS to balance once till is closed. It is unbelievable that this staff hates her job so much and takes zero pride in helping someone! And transforming a bad time sensitive situation when she had the power to help. She was loving the Ego power trip she had!
I will NEVER shop at strandbags again. Thousands spent, ready to buy a whole new set - lost a good customer!!

I was about to shop a bag and the way the worker approached and asked me to go out , i don’t appreciate the gesture she made

Came in with my partner to look at buying suitcase. The 3 staff members where too busy talking to each other. We where the only customer in the store was not greeted wasn't asked if they could help. Obviously , customer service isnt very high for these staff members
