Poor experience with a certain bank teller. Her attitude was appalling. I had to transfer large sum of money to another account, due to not being able to access my CommBank mobile app to verify a code, she had to take extra steps and she made it known she was not happy about it by moaning and sighing. Sorry for making you do your job I guess?...... Shortly after, I had to transfer more money, I realised I should have put it all together into one account (I accept that was my fault) however, she proceeded to laugh about it directly to my face, like she got enjoyment out of it. Made no attempt to offer a solution, pretty much brushed me off to the back to fix my mistake. When it was all fixed, I got her colleague instead who was quick and efficient and showed that she cared to help me. Felt bad when they started closing down branches, but if the first lady is the typical bank teller, then by all means close em down. Its already joke how Commonwealth Bank treats its customers, then to get trash customer services on top, might as well go to Macquarie instead.

First review as well, that is how you know it was bad.

I had a great experience at the CBA Rouse Hill branch office. Alka Singh helped me create a new bank account. I had an old account that was inactive for a few years which couldn’t be reactivated. Alka was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and sweet in guiding me the entire process on how dormant accounts work. She helped me create a new account and the entire process was done in 15 minutes. She is a star and a valuable asset to the CBA team.
