First time I visited Toys and Tales Rouse Hill, the staff member (I wish I knew her name) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t expect such excellent customer service at a toy store! I’ve shopped at popular franchises like Kidstuff, but they don’t match the expertise and care of this worker.

After explaining what I was looking for, she introduced me to the Nee Doh Nice Cube and even opened the box for me to try before purchasing. Since then, I’ve become a fan of Nee Doh products, especially the Nice Cube and Dream Drop. These items have been amazing for stress relief and managing ADHD. The firm texture and durability are perfect, and they always return to their original shape no matter how much I squeeze and squish it (takes a lot to pop it, but can happen)

Whenever I’m in Rouse Hill, I always stop by to check their stock. This particular staff member continues to provide excellent information, and I’m forever grateful to have discovered these products through her.

I actually like the store for certain things. I’ve spend a lot here in the past.
However very overpriced compared to other places for basically the same thing. Just don’t think people should work in a toy shop when they look like they have no patience at all for children. Customer service is terrible! Just plain rude! Not helpful at all and even when trying to answer a question look uninterested. Was asked to pick up 1 thing my 18m dropped when I was actually paying for the same item. Not long he pulled everything of the shelves which I wouldn’t allow as a parent anyway. Please get some customer service training in that shop or just engagement when it comes to customers just trying to purchase something for their kids. Don’t think I will be there again.

We love this toy store for the range of BRIO train products, They have more in stock than at any other store we have been to in Sydney

Staff are always helpful and it's just a nice toy shop. Lots of older style wooden toys, puzzles, and babies are covered as well. You don't feel bad here letting the kids roam and play like some other toy shops. Great work, will be back.

So disappointed with the service , it’s stayed on my mind these past two days so I think I should .

Went in for a pram comforter plus much more but the lady I approached at the counter for help looked at me in a way I can say & then told me to go uggs nearby the toy store … I was shocked by her & left .
I hope she wasn’t the manager & if so something needs to change .
I love your selection but no sorry to be treated that way I would rather go to Kmart ( love Kmart ) or maybe go to uggs like she suggested.

Great staff, amazing service and an awesome variety of toys / puzzles and board games. Highly recommend if you are looking for a present or simply buying for your children / yourself. Has such an awesome inventory I always end up buying something for myself as well! Last time got a super cool trailing silicon bottle for water whilist going on walks!
