Booked a vaccination online and turned up 5 mins before appointment. A 5 minute trip took 20 as there system is messed up. There nurse was condescending and rude and made blame. The girl on the door was as helpful as she could be, but had to keep running off as it was not just me that had the same issues.
Won’t be back. Found the whole experience unsatisfactory.

Rude customer service, expensive, and poor services. Try Avoiding this shop since they started the bad services for last many years. Always almost doubled pricing compare to other chemist shop. Convenient for shopping centre but pricing is really expensive. Almost double. Wanted add images....6.99 at Chemist warehouse st Beaumont hills 2155 and 12.99 at TerryEhite at Rouse Hill NSW 2155 shopping centre. 1 or 2 dollars is okay but almost double for the same medicine, same brand...
Better go to Beaumont hills or Rouse Hill Village. Better service and better pricing.

I was checking the shop reply lately, a complete lie in the statement about the pricing and service. In the comment the person (whoever replied) just wanted to show that the service is good and very nominal price difference. I usually do not put such negative comment but it was really bad service. As a business you are simply loosing return customers due to poor management. Better put a simple feedback system at the exit door with solid survey questions and that may help to fix the issue. Sad but true... more than a decade we were buying things from this shop, because Rouse Hill Town centre is our local shopping centre and we'd love to buy meds/other supplies from this shop. TerryWhite Chemmart is always on the way and convenient. Sadly I pass the shop and I prefer to go to a different chemist shop spending additional time. The customer service went down and pricing went higher than other shops (as mentioned in my original comment). I can see still people are finding this review as useful, that means, the service did not improve. I have no bad intention, why should I spend my time to write negative review for a business. As a good citizen duty we must try and follow up for good service and rectification. We also want that your business grow and we get good services.

Customer services is pretty good and I believe it’s better to hand over script in store rather than ordering through app. I have deleted their app as today it took 40 minutes for them to look in to my order which means I have to call them twice as usual when I place order through app and guess what! Dispense wrong medication. Later I was informed that the medication is OOS.

Had a wonderful customer experience with Amanda. Came in for a flu shot and was over in a snap. Welcoming and easy to talk to. Very pleasantly surprised.

This afternoon I witnessed Prue (pharmacy staff) deal with an extremely sarcastic and rude customer. She handled the situation in a very calm and proffessional manner. I have been a customer for many years and all the staff are always happy to assist me.Well done Prue.
