Absolutely rubbish, bad attitude from the workers. If you don’t want to be there, find another job somewhere in the tip. You can feel they don’t want you there. The way they tell you to move your arms and legs sounds like a command from 1945 Germany.

Workers were rude, their work was half-hearted, and they just wanted to go home. You’ll get a rubbish job on your body. I beg that you stay away from this place.

I do not recommend Rouse hill branch at all!!! Zero is the best number I can give them when it comes to attitude and service level! They cut corners when providing service! I’ve only realised this when visited another branch when same service was provided only much better in a timely manner and proper sectioning! Rouse Hill staff just rush the job and cover the full area that they are meant to (i.e. Cuttting corner)!!! 🙏

I LOVE this place. I have never had such good laser results from any Other place except here. All the girls that work here are absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is lovely. I have been to so many different laser clinic and Evolution is by far the best. The cosmetic nurse is amazing at what she does , she actually explains everything and she is super friendly and helpful. All the girls in general explain everything and never leave anything out. I Definitely recommend evolution Laser clinic.

It’s not as bad as everyone says it is. You just booked with a few bad eggs. Don’t categorise them all as bad eggs. You just need to book with the good ones.

Been going here for over a spread out period of 3 years for laser hair removal for full body and touch ups (that long because I barely need to go in often since the service works so well so I just get touch ups down under because my vajayjay be a stubborn area to remove hair from haha 😅). The rest of my body is hairless.

The 2 ladies I trust are Vanessa & Phoebe. Both absolutely kind, considerate, careful and create a safe and reassuring experience. Great communication throughout procedure. Phoebe always asks how I feel with laser levels on machine to skin and gives options to go down if I can’t handle it. They are fast yet I don’t feel rushed at all. She pays attention to detail and what I ask for everytime. Give these girls a chance. You won’t regret it.

Thank you to Phoebe and Vanessa who made ever session worth it.

Very professional staff. I’ve only been doing laser for the past year, but all the staff have greeted me with a smile and are very polite. The lady who I always book in with is very professional and explains what she’s doing and why. She gave me a lot of insight on things I was unsure about when starting laser but has put my mind at ease.
Would recommend this clinic any day

Keep away. Worker was rude to me during my laser session. Basically screamed at me to turn over as if I were a dog. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I've been going here since January of this year, always prepaying for future laser hair removal sessions. After my fourth apartment, one of the ladies hit my tattoo on my neck, causing a boil that I'll need to pay to get removed. Because I had already prepaid for my last two appointments, I went ahead and went back to finish my sessions. At my very last session, the lady (who I hadn't met before) told me that my upper lip and chin are not part of the full face and neck package and that I still owed $19.50, but the crazy thing is that no one else has ever charged me for anything extra except her, and they usually do more of my face. Today I only got the front of my neck, my upper lip, and my chin done. I don't plan to go back, but I would recommend anybody who plans to go to verify what is included in each price (but I'm guessing that will depend on who does what).

I do wonder if it was because I was 5 minutes late and she reminded me at least 3 times that she had other clients and she wasn't the one that was supposed to do my hair removal. She told me to come back 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and still seemed upset, even though my appointment took less than 10 minutes.
