A great spot, far enough from town to enjoy the peace and quiet, but only a quick drive to the main part of town. Michael is a super proactive host, always available if you need anything. Beautiful room, perfect spot to explore the Snowys.

We had a lovely couple of nights here and used it as a base for touring around the Snowy Valleys area. Michael (owner) was friendly, courteous and obliging. He met us on arrival and was available if we needed (we didn't) as everything was beautifully presented and lovely and clean. This was a perfect location for us as a couple, bed was amazingly comfortable and heating was more than adequate for the cold weather. We were pleased that the accommodation was located close to Tumbarumba but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful solitude. Michael's award winning photography featured in the decorating and was inspiring. I would thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay for a single or couple.

Great accommodation option to spend the night near the Snowy Mountains. Michael is a great host, who is proactive in his communication. Can't fault anything about the accommodation. The cottage is also set on picturesque acreage.

We visited in Winter 2023, for just one night.
This property rates amongst the best on our travels around Australia.
It is spacious, comfortable, well heated in Winter, and everything works!
Michael, the host, was welcoming and invited us to stroll around his property at will.

We have stayed at Pound Creek B&B three times and always look forward to the peace and quiet and the lovely scenery. The accommodation has all that you need for a nice break and its handy to town and other attractions. Rates are good and Michael and Narelle always make us feel welcome.

Great place to stay just out of town. Kangaroos in the driveway, walks to the creek and nice and spacious accommodation. Big TV and lounge. Nice ensuite and very delightful host to greet.
