beautiful little place surrounded by beautiful well kept gardens. The dining room in the restaurant was amazing. I felt like I was at a high class wedding because of the vision that was created. The food was amazing too and we had great fun trying to guess who was who of the celebrity photos on the wall. The room itself was great with a comfortable bed and a walk in shower which was great. I would certainly recommend that everybody check out this friendly great which deserves more than the 3 star rating it has.

A nice little motel to stay in. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on for a motel bed. Very soft and I had a great night's sleep. Reasonably clean. Very close to the center of town as well

Not a pleasant stay this time, the room had a strong smell of sewerage. Before posting this review I wrote to management who responded with... sorry for inconvenience, we will consider these matters. No attempt to explain why or the cause or if there were any potential health issues. In addition, the motel encourages smoking directly outside the entry doors by placing smokers trays along the undercover area, this of course when the room smells of sewerage means that we had the windows open then had to cope with cigarette smoke - suggest that this be made a non smoking area and relocated to the other side of the car park.

We stayed 2 nights rooms was clean and comfortable & cleaner was very kind and helpful, there was no internet service, owner was contacted but wasnt interested, we found out by another business the owner turns off the internet service. also had to buy our own toilet paper. another customer who stays there alot says since new owner, everything is so unorganised and after 5pm no one onsite, self checkin, keys left under door mat. while I was there a customer was booked into a room that was already occupied.

The Elms Motel was well located 1 block from main shopping centre, hotels, cafe's & supermarket. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean, bed was comfy. Would definately stay there again.

Good value for money and conveniently located. Clean and recommended.|Staff were helpful. All facilities worked as they should. Close enough to pubs etc to walk for dinner, but no noise issues. We stayed for 3 nights and would return.

Older style rooms are a bit dated but very functional. Can't comment on service as it was just a quick overnight stay booked by work. Very close to the main St, which was convenient.
