Looking for a room at first I found some places were expensive or very basic then I looked at the Amaroo. Rooms were very clean, had lots of space and you can park right outside your room. The price is middle of the road and it’s very close to town. I am a bit fussy and a lot of place are only surface clean but you can tell the room was really cleaned well. The bed was super comfy and showers are nice, hot water and water pressure are great. We were off checking out the area all day for our stay and this was the perfect price as we were only back late afternoon to sleep then we were off again. I would stay here again for sure.

Stayed in the executive queen room, one of the updated rooms. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot. The only negative was they didn't provide bowls or spoons, they had plates and knives and forks. We usually eat cereal for breakfast, so a slight inconvenience. Other than that I would highly recommend.

Nice, spacious rooms, well appointed. The microwave, dinnerware and cutlery were really appreciated following a late meeting and inevitable takeaway dinner. Comfy bed. Excellent service and good location.

Clean and serviceable. Ticks all the boxes for a basic country motel. The ‘executive’ refurbished rooms are over priced. I’d expect brand spanking new for the amount charged, in reality they were renovated 10+ years ago. Hotel is totally fine but don’t overpay.

5stars. Comfy rooms, everything a weary traveller needs.
The service is 7 stars, so refreshing to have folk that genuinely care. I left my work diary behind, one of the staff found it & called me to say she found it. I was happy to pay but she sent it with a smile. Thank you so much.

We loved our short stay, and the owner was terrific. She was always helpful, accommodating and friendly. She also gave us some really good visiting tips in the area. These sorts of experiences are why we'll be returning. Beautifully neat rooms too.
