We didn't make a booking and thought we would just pop in and see if we could do tastings if it wasn't busy. The gentleman was more than welcoming for us to do tastings. I have tried local Gins through many areas even in Tasmania, but these Gins are next level with something special added to them. You won't be disappointed by the unique flavours and aromas. I walked out with a couple of big bottles and I guess you would too if Gin is your thing.

We went to the hotel in the hope of doing some gin tasting. Who would have thought u need to BOOK AHEAD to do a tasting!! We were prepared to spend money on a bottle of gin … their loss! 😡

We popped in to the pretty parrot distillery today on our tastings of Tumut and enjoyed a tasting from the lovely Dave - and nothing was too much trouble! We didn’t make a booking (sorry 😅!) but Dave was more than accomodating. He gave us a run down on the makings of the beverages and where they got their inspiration from. The gins and liqueurs are deeeeeeelicious, which was obvious as all 8 in our group walked out with 3 bottles each in tow! Congratulations again on the silver medal in London, we will definitely be back and reordering our bottles online - thanks again Dave! 🥂
