The owner has the worst customer service skills. After waiting 15 minutes for my order I asked if it was ready and he said it wasn’t. 10 minutes later he gives me my order… which was the food that had been sitting there getting cold. The scallops are undercooked and hard. I do not recommend!! Very unprofessional

Had the $12 burger combo lunch special. A decent hamburger with hot chips and a can of icy coke on a hot day. A friendly guy took my order. Someone turned on the fan next to us when we were waiting. Five stars for a decent lunch on a busy day.

Ordered a number of seafood and fish and chips packs, plus a cheeseburger. Terrible quality, especially the burger, couldn't eat more than half of it. The oil needed changing, the chips and battered foods were so dark from the old oil. Calamari tasted good.

Tried to charge $15 for a piece of “flake” they claimed “was gummy shark” from “Victoria” that wasn’t on their price board. This was only said after I questioned the total they didn’t tell me when charging me on my card.

When I come to town I want to be treated with respect and not discriminated against as an interstate visitor, NEVER AGAIN

WOW… Just WOW. As someone that has previously ran my very own Takeaway shop, I am EXTREMELY impressed. The food arrived HOT and so, so TASTY. All of our order was DELICIOUS.!! We will DEFINITELY order from Mr Fish & Chips again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ordered barramundi and chips. Wasn’t. Disappointed the largest piece of Barramundi, or fish I have ever seen from any fish and chip shop. Chips were thick and cooked perfectly and chicken salt was actually chicken salt. Would recommend.

Long wait .
No customer service friendliness no one asks asks if you have ordered u have to ask them can you order.
I notice they were busy ,but one should be forcing on taking orders and asking customers if that's all .
It's a shame as my parents liked it when they went a month ago.
Food quality was no good the oil didn't seem fresh I have been in management before and notice these things .
With new oil it makes a difference to food quality.
I hope for these little changes it can make a difference .
