I travel extensively all over Australia for work and finding a good, reliable breakfast spot is not as easy as you might think. This cafe, and the Hotel it is a part of, have left a very positive memory of good food and service well above the normal expectations of regional NSW. It may be open earlier than stated, which is good. Cozy atmosphere with great views out the big bay window to the park. Excellent coffee and food. Having the day's paper there to read is often overlooked by cafes but a pleasant surprise. The cafe is part of the George Hotel. Both have received good reviews from me as they are both above average.

Stopped for Brunch and net up with an old work colleague. The corn fritters were to die for! So delicious and a good sized portion. Value for money. Friendly staff. Great coffee. Would highly recommend and would go there again!

I'm seriously surprised this place has such a high rating.

A handwritten A-frame sign that says "Breakfast till noon" that's a lie. Scrambled eggs that are so sludgy they might as well be porridge. Extra $4 for avocado that's smaller than my palm. Then to top it off, a snarky attitude from the person behind the register who clearly does NOT want to be there and let's everyone know about it while shouting "Breakfast is closed!" from 11.30am onwards.

Found this amazing gem of a cafe in Bathurst.Great staff with food that really is quality.Coffee was first class.As some one with food allergies I found the staff were very knowledgeable of my needs and managed to go above my expectations.Well done Bathurst you have a wonderful future ahead of you in the food industry with establishment like this in the main street

Lovely place for breakfast!! Overlooking Machattie Park. Delicious food, friendly and fast service!! One of the best Eggs Benedict, I have eaten!! Definitely recommend!

In town for the Bathurst 500 & stumbled across Drake and Duff on the Friday and enjoyed their Breakfast and great Coffee over the next 4 days.
Highly recommend, in particular the Piccolos latte.
