I ordered two Teen Mystery Boxes for Christmas.

The Good: the lollies are great and my nephews are going to love them.

The less good: My order arrived in very tatty second hand box and inside one Teen Box was another used box, with the contents of the second "Box" just loose in the bigger box around the smaller box. I have ordered from other Lolly shops in the past and received really beautiful thoughtful packaging.

The Good Again: I was not impressed, so contacted The Lolly Barn, and they responded, explaining that they had run out of boxes in the Christmas rush and had had to use old boxes to get the orders out in time. They did apologise for the two "Mystery Boxes" not actually being boxed, and refunded my shipping costs, which was very good of them. (In the photos some lollies are bagged - that was my own effort to contain them into packages for Christmas, they did not come bagged).

Their communication was good, and I am happy with their very prompt response (and to find out it was a Christmas hiccup rather than standard practice).

I made an online order, for this gummy, which in fact I was looking for them for a gooood while and this was the only store in NSW that had them and OMG they tasted as I expected. They even sent me a little card and free lollies. I was so so impressed and so happy to support their business.

So many whingers on these reviews. I'm around the area for the day and thought that i would pop in. Lots of stuff to choose from. I couldn't take pictures of everything. Good prices too. Friendly worker at the counter 😁

Ordered online to get precious sour pickles. Easy ordering process and it was picked, packed and shipped super fast.

Nice little note from the owners inside the box plus some sweet hand drawn pickle art on the box - small touches mean a lot.

Went into the store during Chromefest, alot of traffic. I bought five items and out of the five items, four of them were out of date. Which I can assume the food (and one beverage) has been there for AWHILE and hasnt been rotated. I understand how your business works, especially in this economy however I spent over $20 on food I couldnt eat. It should not be up to the customer to check the dates on the food youre selling? Chocolate (AKA dairy) that went out in August? Sorry, not eating that. Sent a message a few days ago on IG and the message hasnt even been opened. Disapointing, unfortunately.

Massive selection of items, I bought the international snacks mystery box, as well as a few of the insects. They initially didn't have what I wanted in stock, but I contacted them and they were super helpful and answered my questions! It was packaged and sent quickly, arrived in only a couple of days. Everything was packed nicely and arrived in good condition, and they even included a little thank you card with a couple of lollies as a treat. Haven't tried any of the stuff yet but I'm very very pleased with the service!
