We had a pleasure of dining at Seasalt, a fine dining restaurant with a stunning view of the water. The food was absolutely incredible, especially the seafood. The chef has a masterful understanding of flavors and textures, and his dishes are truly unique. All dishes were cooked to perfection and the flavors were incredible.

One of my favourite places - a stunning dining room and atmosphere with beautiful views over the ocean. Staff are so helpful, friendly yet professional. The food is fresh, well made & presented. The wine list offers a great range and very affordable. Love the seafood especially the seafood platter, inhouse smoked salmon & the grilled prawns & scallops. The chips are super crunchy, golden & addictive and dessert is light and refreshing.

We had both dinner and the buffet breakfast with perhaps very high expectations for others that recommended the restaurant. In any case, the food was okay. Tasty but nothing spectacular. Serving size was good so therefore filling and reasonable. Same with the buffet breakfast. Excellent service and attentiveness.

Venue has beautiful and has a great view. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We went for the breakfast buffet which had a lovely variety of fresh fruits, cereals, and pastries - I especially liked the machine that made fresh pancakes! My only criticism is that the hot buffet food was unfortunately all cold with the exception of the hashbrowns which made the breakfast disappointing.

Served us cauliflower flowers that came straight out if the fridge. The barramundi was also barely cooked. We advised the server who touched the food and agreed they were less than room temperature. She talked to the chef who didn't want to hear the feedback. No subsidy was given at the end of the meal, so we paid full price for a restaurant that was part of a "4.5 star" hotel. Bearing in mind that mains were around 50 bucks each. Ridiculous. While we can forgive food that comes out underprepared, we can't forgive the unwillingness to receive feedback, especially when the evidence is stacked overwhelmingly against them. Make your own minds about coming here.

Great experience. A beautiful out view of the ocean. Staff were generously kind. The buffet was great value for money which included hot drinks
The buffet also had a nice pancake maker, fresh juicing machine to make your own juices and many other treats.
Plenty of hot options such as eggs scrambled, friend or boiled. A beautiful selection of pastries, bread and banana bread.

Food was presented beautifully, but the dishes themselves weren't as good. I ordered some bread to start with, but it somehow the chefs served me it almost charred - not grilled. They also didn't know the difference between regular olive oil and extra virgin olive oil. This is not to mention the fact that freshly squeezed orange juice (priced at 10 dollars) is from concentrate and is on par with the one you get on an airplane flight.

Located in the Grand Plaza hotel this beautiful restaurant has great coffee and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is the only one on the coast of its kind and it's a fantastic touch to anyone staying at the hotel. Stunning views, lots of choice, clean and roomy. Portions of seafood platters are fine compared to the price. Those people giving this place a couple of stars based on seafood platters are most likely tourist who have travelled to less expensive countries serving huge seafood platters for a fraction of the price. Unfortunately Seafood is very expensive in Australia. Love this place!
