Brent at Eight Six Design has blended our ideas with his creativity into a plan that is now being turned into a real house. He was able to understand what we wanted & were trying to achieve. He presented design options & made it very easy to obtain our desired plan. He attended to all planning requirements, interaction with the engineers, suppliers, and was always available for site meetings. He has a very good ongoing working relationship with our builder.
We are totally satisfied with Brent who is Eight Six Design. Our project would not exist without his professional expertise, and we have no hesitation in recommending him unreservedly.

I would recommend Fabric Architecture unreservedly. Their involvement in our project was pivotal in its success and creating the amazing home we now have. We worked with Brent to renovate our 1950's beach house into a beautiful family home, including lots of custom pieces that respected the heritage of the building.
