Located in a beautiful area, this accommodation is very convenient with easy access to beautiful beaches and nature. This motel is tidy and clean with fantastic views. You can enjoy beautiful ocean views in your room. You can enjoy golf, fishing, and scuba diving nearby if you want to. By just walking along the beach, I could see sea lions, rays, pelicans, octopuses, and various fishes. It was a wonderful and refreshing experience for me. The motel is equipped with kitchen tools, so it is convenient to cook. Staff were very nice and kind. It was an unforgettable experience for me. I want to visit the place again.

We had a wonderful 9night stay over January. When we booked there was a problem with the amount quoted and the amount charged which was disappointing. On arrival after a mix up regarding our allocation of our room, Jenni was very helpful in trying to resolve. I agree with the previous reviewer that they may need to think through their allocations and look at the bigger picture. We initially had booked 7 nights and were put in one of the worst rooms for size, view and location even though most of the other guests only stayed a couple of nights. Luckily it was resolved and we were able to move rooms the following day.
The rooms have been updated and are modern, clean and very comfortable with many amenities.
The view is amazing and it’s an easy walk into town.
We did have a great stay and ended up staying an extra 2 nights

What a stunning find !!

First,the staff here are so welcoming and friendly!
The location.. oh my goodness.. divine !
We stayed in room 6,and the uninterrupted views were spectacular!
We had our own huge deck overlooking the golf course and ocean.
The room was excellent.
Extremely clean.
Huge ,well appointed bathroom.
Super nice shower.
The king size bed was really comfy,as were the pillows.
A nice smart tv and lounge.
Good little kitchenette.
I had such a good sleep.
The only thing that detracted a little for me,was I couldn’t leave the windows open(to hear the ocean) as it made the front door continually bang. We put all manner of things against the door,but to no avail. So I had to close windows and put AC on.
Lovely pool/area.
Great parking.
Easy stroll to Golf Club
I fully recommend this place.

This was a really nice place with amazing views we can't wait to go back - it was our favourite. The staff were really friendly and helpful - we got in a pickle and cancelled our next destination but the staff were very helpful. Stayed on the top floor and watched the boats go by. Loved the salt water pool.

Lovely two room apartment, two bathrooms and lovely living area - kitchenette and fridge, big balcony overlooking the golf course and ocean. We saw whales! Very warm welcome and the staff were great from the reception to the cleaners - all friendly and efficient. We were referred by friends and the motel didn't let us down. Many thanks

Review:|We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment (Room 30) at Amooran Oceanside Apartments and Motel for a week in November 2024. It wasn’t our first choice, but we’re so glad we ended up here! The top-floor corner spot gave us amazing ocean views, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.||The Apartment:|Clean, spacious, and well-equipped, the apartment was perfect for us. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, with a great spa bath and powerful showers. Just a heads-up: the hot water is really hot, so be careful! The balcony looked out over the pool, BBQ area, golf course, and the ocean—it was hard to tear ourselves away.||Facilities:|The heated pool and BBQ area were spotless and well-maintained. We loved lounging by the pool, and it was funny watching ducks use it to teach their ducklings to swim—until the pool cover went on! The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything we needed, even though it’s not a serviced apartment.||Location:|The location is ideal. It’s just a two-minute walk to the golf course and clubhouse, and an easy 20-minute stroll (or five-minute drive) to Aldi, Woolies, and other shops. If you prefer, head 15 minutes up the hill to the high street for cafés, pubs, and little holiday shops, or go a bit further to Club Narooma.||Highlights:|The balcony views were a real treat—we even saw whales! It’s the perfect spot to relax and do absolutely nothing if that’s your vibe. Couples and families alike would enjoy it here.||Minor Downsides:|The car parks under the apartments are a bit tight, and some people’s parking wasn’t great. But there’s plenty of free street parking, which we found easier.|The living room TV was a bit small for the space, but with TVs in both bedrooms, it wasn’t a big deal.|Early-morning golfers chatting under the apartment might wake light sleepers, but it didn’t bother us too much.||Final Thoughts:|Amooran exceeded our expectations, and we’d love to stay again. With incredible views, a great location, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday, it’s hard to beat. Narooma is a stunning spot, and I’ll share my thoughts on the town itself another time!

Stayed 2 night room was perfect had a great view if the ocean and golf course. My only complaint is wasn't able to use the pool as I have a bad leg and the ladder into the pool wasn't acommodation. Other wise loved our stay.

Rooms are fine. But odd things like not serving the rooms unless there a week. Offering a jug of milk, how are we going to carry everything up 3 stories of stairs and our kids things with a jug of milk. Have to go to reception to request more toilet paper. The laundry was locked at night and $4 a wash. They try very hard but just uncomfortable and awkward. It’s a shame as the rooms were well finished.
